I got three quotes to have my carpets cleaned. This company gave me the best deal, coming in $20 less than the next lowest price and about half the cost of the most expensive option. I run an auto garage, and our carpets were in really rough shape—they hadn’t been cleaned in more than two years, and were full of oil, grease, and all sorts of dirt. Troy worked around our busy schedule, came in late on a Saturday night, and took almost three hours to tackle all the tough stains. He made our carpets look like new again. I’m very pleased with both the price and the quality of the service, and I’ll definitely use them again.

I hired this company to clean our carpets and couch, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing and unprofessional the entire experience was. They only did half the job—they completely missed spots on the couch and they didn’t bother to move furniture, leaving large areas of the carpets completely uncleaned, while still charging us for the cost of the entire carpet. And the carpets they did “clean” looked almost the same as before!

What made this worse was that the cleaners had to use our guest parking pass, which has a $40 value, and they didn’t return it. I texted multiple times, each with read receipts proving they saw it, politely asking them to bring back the parking pass. They ignored every single message…and ended up stealing our parking pass.

To top it off, they had zero accountability. I called several times—on Friday after the service, over the weekend, and again on Monday morning. Every single time, they promised a supervisor would call me back. No one ever did. On Monday morning, after another call, the person I spoke to had the audacity to hang up on me after saying he’d “report it to a supervisor.” No follow-up, no resolution, and no respect for the customer whatsoever. (Suspiciously, the invoice they left had a phone number with the name of a different company, and the phone number didn’t work—it directed us to a completely unrelated business that had nothing to do with carpet cleaning.)

Adding insult to injury, they charged more than the initial quote…and for only doing part of the job. This company lacks professionalism, customer service, and basic courtesy. Save yourself the headache and money—do NOT use their services. Completely unacceptable.
