i first started using troy for carpet cleaning at my old place a few years ago when my kids were really little. troy was always friendly, right on time, and did a fantastic job making my carpets look fresh and clean. his prices are fair, and you can really tell he cares about families and making homes feel comfortable. after i moved away for a bit and came back, i reached out to troy again to clean the carpets in my new house. i like supporting his business because he goes the extra mile. it was really nice that he even remembered my mom! my carpets look so much better now, and he always helps move things out of the way before starting the cleaning. i wish i could give more than 5 stars!
