He is simply unprofessional.never comes the time he says .he lies. Tried to over price by hundreds of dollars and can't be trusted. Stay away!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!! This company was contracted months ago to install salon shampoo bowls in my vocational shop classroom. They were given all the details of the job before it began and had someone from the company come in to determine what was needed. It has been well over a month of us waiting and the job has not been completed. First, the parts needed to compete the job were not ordered in advance so we had to wait a few more weeks for those to come in. The first person came in and wasn’t able to complete the job as he was missing other parts they were told they would need to install the sinks before the began the job. We had to wait several more weeks for someone to return with the parts they needed. Another person came in to continue the job and left 2 shampoo bowls not installed, mind you there are only 10 sinks we need installed. I reached out to them early this week to get a date and time they would be coming in to complete the job and explaining why we needed them done asap and my email gets ignored. A male coworker also emails them and he gets a response saying they would get to us by the end of the week, which is what we were told last week. This is the end of the second week of us asking when our job will be completed as it is affecting my students lessons but it’s not a priority for them to complete a city contract. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Update: after this review was done the sinks were finished up swiftly. I was not contacted ant anll about it and my coworker was asked if I could remove this review.

Incredible service and technician was great!

Phenomenal service! I called HL Bowman when my heating stopped working in the middle of a cold night. They were able to send a technician the next morning, who quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a faulty part on the spot. The price was reasonable, and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. He left the space spotless as well. My heat’s working perfectly now — I’d definitely use them again!

Had my grandpas heat pump replaced through HL Bowman. Really great service all the way through and just an excellent install job. Guys took there time and made sure we were comfortable with everything, detailing the process and answering all my questions. Highly recommend!

Dustin was timely, explained things simply and did not attempt to perform work that wasn’t needed. We were also able to ask questions about our system so we can determine what we need to complete next. HD Air will definitely be on our list to use again.

Always great, knowledgeable service. They worked with our budget very well. We were super appreciative of that. Our tech was Mac. He was super respectful and careful around our animals. He put an emergency rush on our replacement because he saw we have a baby.

Nathaniel was excellent. Appointment was for cleaning furnace. He found water in bottom, rust and worn parts. He answered my question about the furnace repair and replacement. He looked at my hot water heater that had some rust. Very knowledgeable about types of replacement water heaters. Discussed moving to vent outside or keep in current location and vent outside. Showed me estimates on his computer. He called Gabriela at office to review info, make appointment for next day to size my new furnace. Very thorough , great experience.

Lawrence was my technician. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend HD to anyone in need of their services. The appointment operator was friendly and welcoming, too. Excellent interaction with the company.
