The team at Hurley & David starting with my first call were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They provided me a detailed estimate on day 1 and scheduled the installation of a new water heater. The install team did not disappoint and we could not have been more satisfied with the results.

Gabriel was wonderful. He came to do a seasonal furnace maintenance. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me . He was great.

Mark came and did an amazing job addressing my issue with the hot water pipe, servicing our system, and getting me a great deal. It’s always a pleasure when Mark comes out for service. Friendly, efficient, informative. Thank you!

The technician arrived in a timely manner after notification that he was on his way. He was able to identify the heating issue and provided options to for repair.

This is a terrible company! And I truly think that many google reviews can not be trusted! They cancelled my appointment 3 times, giving me contradictory reasons why. They insist on 4 hour windows (which you have to accommodate) and then they continually change or cancel.
Finally today, the technician came and told me to replace the furnaces and that there's a crack in the distribution box. My old technician who is starting his own business looked at the reports and pictures and says this is BS. Just be warned!!!!

Spanning over 20 years and three homes; all their tech's have been prompt, courteous and thoroughly well-versed in their products. The office staff; I can't say enough GREAT things about their comportment. Cheerful, responsive, courteous ..they check all the boxes ! Our most recent project was a furnace / hot water tank replacement . From writing up the spec's to follow-through on the install; there was never a shred of doubt we were receiving top-level treatment , quality and value. Con artists that will overcharge you 35 times more than necessary to replace something that costs $12 and still charge you a diagnostic fee even though you pay for their subscription service which should waive said fee. This is only 3 months after we paid them $5000.00 for repairs to the same boiler. Don't get robbed.

I had a leak in the basement that was starting to cause some potentially serious damage. This was my first time needing a plumber but HD did an exceptionally amazing job. Technician Justin was able to diagnose the issue in less than an hour and came back the next day (thanksgiving eve) and fix the issue in less than 2 hours! He was very respectful, friendly, professional and neat!

Happy with the service provided by Hurley and David but not with their accounting department. I called and cancelled a service agreement and the rep said a credit would be issued shortly. Three weeks later no credit. Repeated calls and was told the accounting department would call me. Still waiting for a call………

I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Mike! They came out to seal my bathtub and not only did a flawless job, but also went above and beyond in ways I never expected. While waiting for the tub to dry, they volunteered to help me build my fire pit something totally outside the scope of their visit. Their work ethic, kindness, and willingness to lend a hand made a huge difference. It’s rare to find professionals who genuinely care and take pride in helping others. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work—and more if you’re lucky!

I’ve only had two technicians stop in to help me. So far, I’m very satisfied with their help. I have appointments next week to fix my electrical problem and a plumbing problem. After that, I will be able to give a better evaluation.

I have called five other Electrical companies, only one called me back to tell me they were too busy and couldn’t fit me in. No one else has returned my calls.
I have been without heat A little over a month.
Trying To get an answer from an Electrician is very tedious.
You would think after I told them that I had no heat and I am a senior citizen, not that that should matter for anyone, Someone would have responded.

It was a bad experience all the way around! Tech just said there's a Crack in the heat exchanger. Then said that my small gas furnace needed to be replaced. The estimate was 9-12k. I was like im going to get a second option. He got upset and decided to tag my system to be shut off in the winter with kids in the home. Called a different company Hampden county hvac llc. They said that it was just the pressure switch simple fix and showed them the picture of the heat exchanger they said what Crack?
Got the heat going suggested that the system was 25 years old and it was up to me if I wanted a new gas furnace. They quoted me 6k and went above and beyond with extras at no extra charge!

Get a second opinion people!

We had HD Air here today for our annual maintenance on our boiler. The technician was very professional, polite, punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We were notified ahead of time that he was on his way. He wore a little booties when he entered the house, so not to dirty the floor. He did a great job and cleaning the boiler and changing the filter on the oil tank. And diagnostics and reviewed them with us at the end of the service. He explained everything in detail with photos and charts. I highly recommend Hurley & David.

I was, thankfully, able to have my furnace serviced the same day I called. They gave me an appointment window that worked for my schedule and messaged in advance to let me know they were on the way. Thanks to Gio, our issue was resolved quickly. Great service start to finish today.

We had no heat. Tech Macaulay showed up timely and got to work. He was professional and knowledgeable. Problem troubleshooting and fixed in less than an hour. I like that he was patient answering our questions and explained the issue wrong with our Utica boiler. He also taught us a few things about the boiler. I highly recommend HD Air, Hurley and David. Hurley and David replaced our hot water heater within 24 hours. Alex arrived on time, was polite and respectful. We are very satisfied with his work. The electrician Eric completed the job and we were good to go.

David was very professional. He came in and they wore boot socks to make sure they didnt track in any mess into my home. They went to work and got it done! Went down and checked it out and they put my hot water tank nice and tight against the wall so I have the most room I can have. Looked like they did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Last thing is I love how they use commercial grade water heaters!

We had these guys out a few times to deal with a radiator leak we were having trouble locating. They were very professional and honest, even advising us on some diagnostic measures we could take before cutting into our ceiling to find the leak, which saved us a ton of money! Really reliable company and highly recommended.

We have used Hurley and David for years for our HVAC needs and have always been pleased with the work they do and the professional and courteous technicians they use. We recently used them for a large plumbing job - a bathroom renovation - and words cannot describe how happy we are with the work that was done, specifically by Dennis and Evan. They showed up early and worked late, answered all of my questions and advised us on what additional steps should be taken. We are so happy with the work that they did that I gave their information to a friend of mine who is getting ready to have her bathroom redone. Honestly, I would recommend Hurley & David, and specifically Dennis and Evan, to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Hunter was the technician assigned to my annual heating system tune up (included in the subscription service). He was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in work. He was at my house a year ago in training when the heating system was being installed. I am happy to see he is now fully trained and independent.
