Constraction reviews in Wakefield, Massachusetts

Boston Best Construction has done a wonderful job each time they have done work on our home. I highly recommend Boston Best for roofing or general repair construction needs.

This was a really disappointing experience. When they were trying to get our business, they couldn't be nicer and couldn't promise us the world more. They emailed, then texted about the email, then called about the text about the email. But when we put pen to paper, that's where the communication and attentiveness mostly ended.

We signed a contract to remodel bathroom, install HVAC, replace electric panel, add a couple of storage closets, and do wall and finish carpentry work. While panel, closets, walls and trim look ok - and if I'm honest the carpentry work is exemplary and I love how it makes the home feel - bathroom was an absolute disaster. It was delivered way late, key requests were not implemented, and nearly a month after project completion, it is only finally fully functional after we brought in a whole other plumber to fix plumbing issues that have been there since delivery. The company showed little interest in resolving them till we decided the only way those lovely shower floor tiles we paid dearly would not look brown was if we hired someone else to fix the drainage. As for the HVAC, it is still not fully operational with no an answer from them if and when that will be resolved.

This is conformably the least productive way I've ever spent money in my life. Frankly, it's been an unmitigated disaster.

“I highly recommend Best Build Construction. They are punctual, deliver quality work, and always ensure the job is ready on time. Their team is extremely responsive, returning texts, emails, and calls promptly, which makes communication smooth and efficient. It’s truly a pleasure working with them, and I look forward to continuing our collaboration.”

BBC/Eduardo's team helped build a new bathroom and also remodel an existing one in my house a few years ago. The were very thorough and attentive to detail. The bathrooms still look as good as new now.
Highly recommend them.

We renovated our master bathroom with Eduardo and his team. They were easy to communicate and work with, in addition to detailed craftsmanship, helpful design suggestions, and good value. Highly recommend this business to others.

“I recently hired Boston Best Construction to remodel my kitchen and bathroom, and I’m very satisfied with the results. The team was professional, communicative, and attentive to my needs. They helped me select high-quality materials and designed both spaces to be more functional and stylish. The project was completed on time and within budget, with no unexpected costs. The finish quality was excellent, and the attention to detail stood out. I highly recommend Boston Best Construction for any home remodeling projects.”

BBC is an excellent firm. For my 2500 sq ft home, Eduardo and his team were kind enough to FIX the terrible and shoddy work of a previous General Contractor who I had to fire (crooked walls, baseboards that weren't flush, spotty painting, unlevel doors). Eduardo's team was highly professional, kind and good hearted. His people are honest, and high quality individuals. Deeply skilled, and always smiling. Furthermore, they were kind enough to keep their dust and debris to an absolute minimum while my family and I were living through the renovation!! Thank you Eduardo and team-- we are very grateful for your help and excellent workmanship.

I'm so impressed! The team's kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Excellent work! I definitely recommend.

We worked with Eduardo and his team last year on a home remodel and addition project. His timeline was on point and the guys were clean and professional. Marcos worked hard on our project and was there when we needed him. Eduardo would answer our texts in a timely manner and address any of our concerns right away. We are so happy with our remodel and second floor addition, call them today!

BBC is highly committed to client satisfaction, consistently delivering high-quality results. Their attention to every detail ensures a smooth process from start to finish. I highly recommend their work – a trusted choice for anyone seeking reliable construction services.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the team at Boston Best Construction . We hired them for a kitchen renovation. The meetings with Eduardo were pleasant and always very productive. Eduardo listened to us well and was able to make our vision a reality. We are extremely satisfied with the service and the end result is wonderful.Highly recommend!

Working with Boston Best Construction has been such a pleasant experience. Eduardo is super responsive and thoughtful! I came across a bad leak and he has guided me to mold remediation experts and has come out while they do their work as well to make sure everything is done properly. I have never had such a great experience with a contractor and know I will use him whenever possible! I highly highly recommend BBC!

I bought a single family home for my daughter who has decided to pursue her university and work career in Boston. I did a lot of research and decided to hire the general contractor Eduardo to remodel the house where she will be living for the next few years.
I had read the positive reviews but Boston Best Construction definitely exceeded my expectations! My daughter and i went to his office in Boston where Eduardo himself and his team explained to us step by step how the remodeling process would be, the administrative and bureaucratic part.
I sincerely want to express my greatest satisfaction in the final result and thanks to his team who were in touch with our family all the way through the process, giving us updates on everything that was going on!

Thanks Eduardo

I was incredibly impressed with the work done by Boston Best Construction. The entire team was professional, efficient, and truly dedicated to delivering high-quality results.

I highly recommend Boston Best Construction for those who seek a construction company.

Review for our garage project is below. We were so pleased with the garage project that when it came time to remodel our bathroom we did not hesitate to contact Eduardo. So far things are going smoothly and we anticipate an on-time and on-budget project!

Eduardo and his team were great. We had storm damage to our detached garage, and Boston Best had the best quote and timeline for the project. The only snag we ran into was the permitting process, but that was not the contractor’s fault. We really appreciated that Eduardo stuck with the original estimate despite the 1+ year delay in getting the permit, when we’re sure that materials costs had likely gone up. We also appreciated that Eduardo threw in the vinyl siding for the garage at no extra cost even though it was not in the original plan. Regarding the work itself, the subcontractors and workers did a fantastic job, and worked through some of the coldest weather of the season to stay on the timeline. Overall, we were very happy with Boston Best and will contact them first when the next project comes up.
