After having 1 handy man, 3 HVAC companies come look at hooking my ecobee Premium smart thermostat up, Winters and specifically James, finally solved my long standing issue. He did fished a new wire through without having to cut into the dry wall. I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, speed, and cleanliness of the job. Will be asking them to do more HVAC jobs in the future.

Terry came today and serviced my Lochinvar boiler. He called me ahead of time to let me know when he was coming, and got the heat coming to all the radiators(which it wasn't doing before). I would definitely use him again

Jeo Colon came today for an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to look everything over carefully. He really knew what he was talking about and was very patient and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. We booked him and the company to come do the work! We are confident they will do an excellent job.

Awesome service! Wow, Goren-the technician- really knows his stuff. He explained what he was doing and why and offered ideas for improving our heating system. Excellent, on-time, and very helpful. Highly recommended

I used Winters for the second time for my condo in Cambridge. This time around, I was installing a new kitchen faucet and a new bathroom vanity. Matthew King was fantastic. Super helpful in dealing with a tricky vanity install. Work was well done, and he was able to complete the work in a timely way to accommodate my schedule. Communication by the ops desk is excellent. Highly recommend this company.

Mr. Moustati was friendly and helpful with advice. I am no furnace expert, but he seemed very efficient, was on time and quick with his work. Nice guy, and I think I forgot to thank him. If this is actually read aloud to him- "Thank you."

John was super friendly and helpful. He diagnosed several problems with our sinks, a shower, and a toilet, and fixed them all efficiently and well. He also taught us about the benefits of a new filtration system and helped us to decide on the best model for us. He and his helper installed the system in one long day. They were quiet and thoughtful as they came and went to and from their truck. He did a terrific job and was so nice to work with. I highly recommend him and Winters!

Excellent results were obtained for all aspects of the work that was done. A beautiful cabinet sink was installed. Other extensive plumbing was completed with an artistic flair. John and assistant Jay were terrific to work with. They are the best.

Julien handled my plumbing work and completed everything very quickly. He promptly diagnosed the issues I was experiencing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed properly.

Manny completed the installation of my heating system in a single day. When a minor issue came up afterward, Timothy came out over the weekend to diagnose it, and Terry followed up to correct the issue and make sure everything was working as it should.

An old boiler went in our home. I have two boilers so it was only a matter of time for the second one. Called Winters and had someone at my house two days later. Zane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed going with one large boiler with two zones (my wife and I own a two-family that has been utilized as a single family for last forty years). Ultimately, we opted to replace both boilers. Brian and crew were there the next day, tearing out the old and scrapping it, and unloading, transporting, and installing everything over the next three days. Meticulous work. I worked in the Building Trades for 50-years and I recognize and appreciate craftsmanship. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the smoothness of the entire experience from first phone call to final installation. The crazy part of the story is we have utilized a plumbing company for 30 years. I called him when the boiler went and he told me he retired two weeks earlier. Thanks to Winters entire team, we now know where to turn for all our heating/plumbing/cooling needs.

I contacted Winters Home Services since they were on the National Grid Preferred Vendors list. They sent out a technician the next day. Tim was helpful and knowledgeable and provided a straight forward solution. We decided to replace the heating unit and Kyle Moore showed up the next morning as expected. He and his crew replaced our furnace in one day and left the house clean and tidy. They were courteous and professional. Wish all my service calls would go as smoothly. I would recommend Kyle and Winters Home Services 100%.

I had a great experience with the whole team. Lucas came to do a free maintenance and we concluded that my existing Goodman furnace was on its last legs after 20 years. We discussed options and negotiated a price smoothly. Got a 10 year warranty wrapped in and twice a year free maintenance. The next day Zack and his assistant ( name?) came out and installed an entire A/C and furnace without a glitch. I was impressed with the warmth and competence of each of them. Most grateful and will not hesitate to recommend (Winters/H.L. Bowman) to others.

Chris and Andrew did great work! They looked high and low for the correct vent coupling. Unfortunately this part will have to be ordered online as no local brick and mortar had it - they went to several in search of it. They were both very knowledgeable.

Note: The attached picture is a work in progress of the furnace. The final version will have all black venting pipe, which H.L. Bowman will do when the part comes in.
