I had a great experience with Armor H&C! The father son duo were very responsive, even on Christmas weekend. They were committed to figuring out my furnace issues, even though it was a difficult to diagnose repair. I highly recommend their reliable and responsive service.

I Have been in the contracting field my entire life. I have remodeled hundreds of homes. My standards are very high while I have sub contractors in my clients homes. Cleanliness, Professional work and appearance, Communication with my customers and final product are essential.
Armor heating and cooling always meet all of these standards and more.
I will not use another HVAC contractor and neither should you.

Incredibly knowledgeable and polite, arriving right on time as scheduled. Geno went through the whole system, explaining everything he was doing and answering all our questions.We were particularly impressed with his thoroughness, even finding a small issue that he fixed quickly and efficiently.

The knowledge you get with Geno is worth its weight in gold. Geno has been working with me for almost 6 years fixing and installing over 46 units at several locations. From ancient equipment on our older buildings to brand new ones he has install; he has the best options on several fixes and the services is awesome. I selfishly want to keep him a secret!! but I will share him I guess..

After many years noticing that the 3 different zones did not work properly - whenever one zone came up another always turned on - I got Eugene to check it out and the wiring was wrong plus the control unit was had a short in the board. Not an easy task but the wires were connected to the new board and it works like a charm. Thanks for the great service and great price (considering the time that took to debug the problem).

Just had Stephen Brown come by to do our annual maintenance check before the heat goes on for the winter. He was efficient and courteous and very understanding that I was on a work call when he arrived -- I appreciated his patience!

Winters Home Services responded promptly to an urgent request and sent a technician to my home the next morning. John Mack was friendly, professional, and thorough. He worked efficiently and wasn't a nuisance. I was pleased with the result and would request him as the technician for future services.

Online scheduling tool failed and had to wait a week with no water for a slot.
Was fixed within 30 mins partially because I had done the work of finding the leak in my wall.
Plumbing industry is overpriced, minimum $200 just to show up.

Stephen Brown was great - he called before he showed up, came at the time he said, was friendly and upbeat. He reviewed with me what he did. This was my first annual service from Winters, and I'm glad I signed up.

Ryan Love at Winters was a consummate professional. The installation of a new A/C coil in my existing system proved to be complicated, but Ryan did the necessary research to find a fix that avoided the need for an expensive and disruptive re-wiring of my thermostats. A real pro!

After dealing with a few plumbing companies about a leakly pipe joint, I decided to go with Winters Home Services because their response was good. Before starting any work, the technician, John C, explained how he’d repair the pipe and gave me an estimate.That simple step goes a long way in making a customer feel at ease, and it's a detail some plumbers skip. John was also very friendly and fixed the pipe quickly.

Alex and Stephen were a pleasure to work with. Arrived bright and early and got to work immediately. Finished installing the furnace in a matter of hours. Alex provided information about the unit and install and answered all my question.

Zack is friendly and fast. Explained clearly and patiently how we can avoid clogging our drains again. We got a next day appointment even though it was not an emergency.

Jaden Dominguez did my fall furnace inspection and tune up yesterday. This is the second year he has taken care of this for me, and I’d be happy to have him again next year. He was professional, friendly, answered my dumb questions with grace, and was all around easy to interact with!

Zack did a good job taking out a non-working furnace and installing a new one. He showed up early and worked all morning into the afternoon with another colleague and they did a good job cleaning up after. He made sure everything was working appropriately before leaving.

Very pleased customer! I called Winters Home Svcs this morning + they had a very professional, skilled plumber on site by 2pm same day to fix the hot water pressure on kitchen sink problem. The plumber; Lucas Villandry was truly excellent, really knew his plumbing background very well, and went above + beyond my expectations. Andrew Grant provided excellent professional service today ! He took out the old and brought in the new Water Heater and left everything better than the way he found it. Very personable and efficient , a great combination .
