After having an awful contractor who didn’t do things correctly, he came to the rescue! I also have had emergency service with him (3 years after install) because we didn’t change the filter and he came right over and fixed it and didn’t try to up sell anything. Dmitriy replaced two furnaces earlier this year for me on a rush request as one died during the middle of the winter. I received a few quotes and quickly chose EZ Climate as he showed high attention of detail and was thorough in his analysis in converting to a high efficiency system (and his quote was reasonable). The install went very smoothly and the system runs great. In addition, he was very responsive and helpful with getting our rebate processed with Mass Save which is not a very intuitive process.

To conclude, Dmitriy is a consummate professional and I highly recommend him for your next job.

My condenser stopped working right as summer started and I had Sila come by and tell me that I needed a whole system replacement and quoted me 20k. I was ready to replace the whole thing but wanted to get some second opinions and quotes. Lucky I reached out to Dimitry as he came promptly to do a diagnosis and found it was due to a faulty capacitor. He had the part in his truck and was able to swap it out in under an hour. Sila left my unit panel open after they left and I'm not even sure they did any diagnosis of the problem. Do not go with those scumbags!

Dmitry and his team did an excellent job installing a new HVAC combo unit (heating with gas and cooling with electricity) in my condo, despite the tight space. The project was completed on time and with great professionalism.

No issues with the work which appeared well done and Dmitriy is a nice guy. I had some issues with communication delays and the upfront deposit was higher than standard (50%) but would still recommend.

I've had Dimitriy do a few things over the year (fix a broken furnace and later replace an aged out furnace). I've found that he has always been super responsive, helpful, responsible, and knowledgable. His quotes have seemed to be very competitive (and much better than some of the bigger companies that have a lot of overhead). I'd definitely use EZ Climate HVAC again!
