Klajdi and his colleague are the best plumbers around. They did a remarkable work on my bathroom. They were able to diagnose the cause of the leak in my bathroom almost immediately. Highly recommended Tech Berati for all plumbing issues.

Clyde and his co worker were fantastic. They did a great job replacing our ancient gas line, installing a garbage disposal, faucet and replacing old valves. They also took the time to discuss future work with us and answer all our questions. Plus, they were super clean and tidy and wore shoe covers in the house which was much appreciated!

These guys are fantastic - installed a completely new A/C system at a competitive price that works really well. They provided an estimate promptly and began work when they said they would, which was very welcome given the temperatures, and finished in the time they said it would take.

Professional, respectful (always wore those rubber covers for their shoes when they came in the house), clear explanations (including how to change the filter and address any minor issues that may come up), available for servicing if needed, corrected some mistakes an earlier repair guy had made.

I am very glad I hired them and will use them going forward for servicing and for installing a new heat system in the next year or two. Really happy with their work, price, explanations, and all-round professionalism. Highly recommend.

Tech Berati replaced my old boiler and did a fantastic job. A few nice touches included how clean they left my basement at the end of each day, the temporary hot water heater so I had hot water each night and the follow up service. The boiler had a bad sensor from the manufacturer and they spent a day tracking down a replacement sensor to get me back up and running ASAP. That after the sale service is what really stands out to me.

I had the pleasure of contacting. Tech Berati Plumbing to fix an issue with my shower. I was not getting enough hot water. It was not balancing correctly, possibly with the mixing valve. I had called another plumber to come to take a look at it, which was Silas Plumbing, which totally gave me an outrageous quote of over $2,900 and I thought Silas Plumbing was unprofessional and quite frankly dishonest. I would not walk but RUNWAY from Silas Plumbing, trust me!!!!!
What I received from Tech Berati, was the complete and total opposite. They were professional from the get-go. Upon entering my condo, they wore booties on their shoes without being asked. They were pleasant to speak with. They explain to me what the issue was. Gave me three different options with cost ranges to fit my budget. I was so pleased with their service, and professionalism. I will highly recommend them to family, to friends, as well to anyone who needs a qualified, professional and reputable plumber. I've also recommended them to my Condo's building manager in my complex and he has already called them for another job within my community today.

Review for Jeff - Boston Standard Plumbing

I called Boston Standard after discovering a leak in my house. Jeff arrived quickly and immediately identified that the problem was coming from underneath the toilet. For 2 full hours he tried everything to remove it, but it just wouldn’t budge.

He came back first thing the next morning and kept working patiently and professionally. Eventually, we realized there was no easy fix. The only way to stop the leak was to break the toilet. As sad as I was to lose my unique and beautiful toilet, I truly appreciated Jeff’s honesty, skill, and persistence.

Once the toilet was removed, it became clear that everything underneath was soaked and badly rusted. Jeff replaced it with a new toilet from the same brand and completed the job beautifully.

It wasn’t cheap, but the quality of the work, his professionalism, and his thoroughness were absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Jeff and Boston Standard!

Nic modeled true White Glove service to get us the needed zero interest Heat Loan approval and the "other Nick" ensured good quality.
