Constraction reviews in Woburn, Massachusetts

With an outdated bath in an old home, we knew we needed a remodel company that could handle any issues, so we went with Toro Construction. They did a fabulous job, as their crew communicated professionally with each stage of the process. We were kept informed of each step by Kelly and Dave. The final result was fabulous! We couldn't be happier. Toro, truly a 5 Star company!

Fantastic experience working with this company to remodel our bathroom. They were transparent and communicative through the entire process and really helped guide us through a process we've never done before. The groups working for them are also amazing - im pretty sure i have a video of a plumber sweeping my whole floor to make sure they cleaned up any dirt their shoes brought in (believe me, they left it far cleaner than they found it). Everyone we worked with was respectful and communicative - we'll definitely be back for future work.

We had our full bathroom renovated this summer with Toro Construction. The entire team worked so well together and it was amazing to see everything come together. Rob and his team were flexible with our timeline and treated our home like one of their own. Everyone was polite, friendly, had great communication and was a true professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. We’d recommend Toro without hesitation!

I'm writing this review a little after a year from when our project was completed and let me tell you, I am still thrilled with the quality of our bathroom renovation. From start to finish, the team at Toro was extremely responsive, helpful and professional. We experienced a few hiccups with pieces being too large or colors not being what we had envisioned, the team was so helpful and quick to fix everything to ensure we were happy with the outcome of our project. Staff members took the time to explain each step of the process, answer my questions and advise on where/how to place tiles, fixtures, shelving, anything. All of the staff members and subcontractors were top notch. We have referred 3 friends to Toro so far and will keep referring Toro to anyone who asks.

Rob Toro is terrific. He has done a number of projects for us including roofing, foundation work, bathroom renovation, chimney repair etc. He stands out because he is honest and comes in on budget or else communicates very clearly if there are changes (like once the tub was ripped out it turned out an ancient drain trap had to be brought up to code). His workers show up when they say and are respectful of keeping the property clean. You can’t go wrong.

Toro Construction did an amazing job with my kitchen renovation. Every step from meeting sub contractors to final paint was done with an impeccable attention to detail, courtesy and promptness. I would recommend Toro Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional company to do work for them.

The team at Toro Construction recently finished our walk-out basement and we're so happy with how it came out! From day 1 Rob and the team were great to interact with - their communication and organization was superb. Everyone that came in was super nice and knew what they were doing. Dave, our project manager, did a great job following up on concerns and checking in. Rob and Dave themselves have high standards for the work that their team does and it shows. Highly recommend Toro Construction!

We had a great overall experience with Toro Construction - We hired them to complete some detailed carpentry moulding in our entryway, as well as renovate our kitchen. The team was very precise with their work, quality craftsmanship all around. We had excellent frequent communication with the team and they ensured we were happy each step of the way. Our house looks gorgeous and we are super happy with the results. Many thanks to the Toro team!

Rob and his team built a deck and did some siding repairs at my home. They were very professional,. The final product came out great and the price was fair. I would recommend using Toro Construction.

I had a great experience with Toro construction!

They were very communicative while performing work and always kept me up to date on what was happening, status of the project and if my input was needed or adjustments/change orders were necessary. The final invoice came in and there were no surprises or questions.

My project was a smaller project, but the team still took the time and care that would be expected for a larger project. Couldn't more highly recommend this group.

Toro did a great job! I love my new bathroom! They were very professional and took the time to explain everything. Everything is perfect! Thank you!

We had our kitchen remodel done by Toro and had a great experience. Rob and his crew and staff are highly professional. Before the work started, Rob gave us a very detailed and fair quote and what turned out to be a very accurate estimate as to how long the project would take. They started the work exactly on schedule, kept us updated and promptly answered all our questions. All the work, down to the smallest details, was done with great care, skill and professionalism. Everyone who came to the house was friendly and courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing, but I have to give a special shoutout to our project supervisor Dave and finish carpenter extraordinaire Jesse. Also, thanks to Kelly in the office who answered all our many questions. We are very happy with the new kitchen! Friends and family who see it are all dazzled and impressed. I would highly recommend Toro and would absolutely use them again.

Toro Construction remodeled two bathrooms in our home; the quality of the work is outstanding. Each employee was courteous and demonstrated professional expertise. Rob always responded quickly to our questions and constantly communicated with us throughout the project. We would not hesitate to use Toro Construction again.

Highly recommended! We really appreciated Toro’s flexibility as far as sourcing tile and other fixtures for our bathroom remodel from them and other sources. They accommodated our changing schedule, cleaned up after each work day, and followed up quickly and thoroughly to ensure our total satisfaction. The best part: the finished bathroom is beautiful!

Rob and his team made my basement remodel dream come true. They understood my ideas and design concept, they were upfront with cost and timeline, and they were very professional and responsive. I highly recommend Toro Construction

We recently hired Toro to renovate two bathrooms in our home.
Rob and the whole team were responsive and professional throughout the process. They kept us updated on the project’s progress and were quick to respond to any questions throughout the process. We appreciated the clear and honest communication, which made the entire process less stressful. Both bathrooms look amazing, we are really happy with the results. We would definitely work with them again on another project and would recommend their team without hesitation!

Rob Toro and his team are a pleasure to work with. One thing that is a lost art is communication. Please take this into consideration when hiring a contractor. Rob was on top of ever detail on our bathroom rebuild. I have heard nightmare stories of friends who went with sub par contractors, but I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire process. Everything from working with vendors, transparency in the billing process, working with the local inspectors, to having people you can trust in your home, Toro hit all those metrics for me. Rob Toro and his team take ownership of any issue and will work to resolve it, and the job wasn't done until we were 100 percent satisfied with the job, which we are. For us, there is no other contractor we would consider calling for any job.

After meeting with five other contractors, we hired Toro Construction to complete two bathroom remodels in our 29 year-old home. Rob Toro was impressive from day one with his attention to detail and setting very specific expectations regarding timeline for completion. Rob and Kelly (office manager) communicated consistently with regard to work schedules, deliveries, and their overall responsiveness was simply outstanding. Rob’s employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers were all first class professionals who take a great deal of pride in their work. From a timing perspective, had there not been a mix up with one item (not Toro’s fault) they would have actually completed the job ahead of schedule. However, even with this delay they still finished on time. We are absolutely thrilled with our new, updated bathrooms and would most definitely recommend Toro Construction without any reservations. Thank you Rob, Kelly, and team for your outstanding work, communication, and overall professionalism. Your impressive organizational skills, frequent communication, and overall efficiencies helped to alleviate our stress level throughout the project. Thanks again!

The process of taking two closets, knocking out the wall between them, and turning them into a laundry room couldn't have been smoother. Every person (flooring, plumbing, venting, painting, etc etc) was completely professional-- came at the time they said they were going to, worked quietly so my spouse could keep working downstairs easily, cleaned up after themselves and Kelly in the office and Rob himself were very communicative through the whole process and were careful with special requests (like our anxiety that the cat would escape from the house!). The price was right and the details were all taken care of. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience with everyone at Toro Construction. I feel like I live in a new house with all the exterior work that was done - new front deck, side stairs, paint, gutters, and basement windows. I really appreciated how everyone kept me informed throughout the project and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Toro and would use them again for any future projects!

I hired Toro Construction for a complete kitchen renovation as well as add full basement to include bathroom, family room and a home office. I can't say enough great things about this company as well as Rob the owner and everyone that works for him. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process, and had all of my questions answered throughout the entire time. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to work with them again for any future projects!
