We work with multiple FW Webb locations within MA and NH, on a weekly basis. Whenever possible we do not place orders through the Woburn Branch. CS Reps are rude. Employees misplace orders, ship orders to the wrong location, or double charge for items. Beware and double check your invoices and what they deduct from your account.There are many Webb locations to choose from; we've learned to avoid this location.

I was given grate service at exceptional speed by Fred at the front counter

Some grumpy old men working at shipping/receiving complaining that I didn’t make an appt. For delivery which I did. Just make sure u have appointment otherwise u r not going to get unloaded

Justin in the front is always extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable which is great!
