My boss sent me to buy a circulator pump for an oil burner but they wouldn’t sell it to me because I didn’t have a license. So we ended up going to a different supply house.

Although the line does move slowly when it is busy, the counter staff here are always friendly and very professional as well as knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

Justin and Eddy was a great help assisting me with plumbing and refrigeration parts. Eddy pointed me in the right direction for drainage. Justin assisted me with the proper fitting and valves.

By far webb woburn has the best counter service workers they're very helpful with any questions you may have. Especially Eddie and Mike.

A plumbing supply store that doesn't sell buckets... Or high temp duct tape, nor can tell me the price of what I'm buying until after I buy it... Great job.

*You sell A bucket. You offer one 5 gallon bucket. People do t actually use those to catch water.

I had a terrible experience at F.W. Webb - Woburn Location. First, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me find what I needed. When I finally got assistance, they were dismissive and gave me incorrect information about the product compatibility. On top of that, the inventory was poorly organized, making it incredibly difficult to locate items. Checkout process was painfully slow.

I expected more from a professional supply store and won’t be coming back. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
