This place caters to professional plumbers and contractors. I am neither. Because of that some of the staff were... let's just call it abrasive and leave it at that. One staff member who was trying to help me find an alternative to a product they were out of stock, I heard being (joking/not joking) berated for engaging with a customer and trying to help.
To summarize, big plumbing supply store. They'll probably have what you need. The staff is a bit of a mixed bag.

One of the best supply houses in the northeast! Front counter guys always extremely helpful and personable. Also if your in a pinch they do all they can to help you out and get something that works, inside sales is excellent too! Always end up dealing with Eddie and Justin, but you really can’t go wrong with who ever you end up dealing with 10/10!!!!

Had everything I needed. No line. In and out quickly.

We have used John's sewer twice for two different issues. They come out very quickly and are very efficient. It is more expensive to have them come on a weekend but that is understandable. The man who helped us was very nice and informative.

Nunu (#282) came out today to help us with a blocked sewer main. The issue wasn’t clear-cut but he took the time to listen to the issues we were experiencing and made sure he understood the problem. He then set about resolving it and took the time to explain what was going on. He was fast and friendly and I am happy we don’t have to worry about a backed up bathroom with visitors arriving this weekend.

Tap repair addressed low pressure issues. The tech checked valves and fittings. Fix was simple but effective. Pressure is back to normal.

Our drain kept clogging every few weeks. After their drain cleaning service, they explained how buildup had formed over time. The technician also gave maintenance tips to avoid future blockages. So far, it’s draining smoothly.

Had them look at pool plumbing repair before summer. They did a careful evaluation and found a small crack we hadn’t noticed. The repair was clean, and the system has been running steady since.

​The shower installation they did for our guest suite looks fantastic and functions perfectly. During the initial consultation they provided several options that worked with our existing plumbing layout. The team arrived on time every day and finished the project within the timeframe they originally promised.

​The water heater installation was a big job but the team handled it with ease. They had to navigate some narrow stairs to get the old unit out and the new one in. They were very careful not to scuff the walls during the transition. The new system works perfectly and the installation looks very high quality.
