I’m honestly disappointed given the wonderful reviews. Nice on the phone and willing to do a quick turnaround but we asked for a quote for a hot water install and when we asked for an itemized quote (curious about cost of labor, hours of labor expected, materials and equipment, etc.) and what the model of water heater they were intending to install and they actively avoided our questions entirely. I just want transparency and what equipment they’ve speced out for our house! Didn’t go with them because they actively avoided giving us any info besides a price and a day for an install.

I have used GS Pro a couple of times now and couldn't be more pleased. George has always responded quickly, showed up when he said he he would and most importantly, done great work. Great to finally have a plumber I can rely on and trust. Highly recommended.

GS Pro Plumbing was the most professional plumbing company I've ever used. George communicated throughout the entire process and worked with me to find the best solution to my problem. We scheduled the date and he showed up on time and meticulously took care of the project. I feel very secure that George did the best possible job fixing our shower valves. I will definitely be using GS Pro Plumbing again and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I’ve only hired them once, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call again. Had an issue with my boiler that a bigger name plumbing company quoted for twice the cost of what Thompson charged. Work was swift and explained clearly.
