I called the company Monday, May 1 at 1:52 PM to get a quote for installing a separate shut-off valve for our irrigation system. Was told the person handles those tasks were not available at the moment to they took my number a promised a call back. Today, May 5 at 9:53, I called the company back as they did not return my call as promised. I was told they would call me right back. Well didn't happen either. They blew 3 times so I am taking my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend Rob’s Heating Corp based on our experience. They’ll come in with an all-smiles attitude with words of confidence but will not follow through on quality. Also, note some of their reviews are written by their own employee’s, to artificially increase their rating.

The bathtub they installed in our bathroom is clearly not level. Using both a laser level and a spirit level, there is about a one-inch difference between the two ends of the tub. The edge slopes downward to the right when it should be perfectly level, while the bottom of the tub is flat when it should slope toward the drain. This indicates the tub was incorrectly leveled off the bottom (which is naturally sloped toward the drain as most tubs are) instead of the top edge.

Despite this obvious mistake, the team went ahead and installed the tiles. The tiles appear to have been cut at an angle, seemingly to compensate for or hide the uneven tub rather than fixing the root issue. It’s very noticeable and not acceptable workmanship.

We were initially told the tub would be set in mortar. Instead, after the incorrect install, they came back and used expanding foam in what looked like an attempt to “reinstall” or correct it. This did not solve the problem—the tub is still not level.

Communication has been extremely poor, unless they are trying to collect money (I have records of written correspondence with them). We have tried for months to get this resolved, but have been ignored. When concerns were raised during the project, including by my wife, they were dismissed. There was little to no regard for our input throughout the process.

On top of that, we incurred additional costs due to their guidance and mistakes. We were told to purchase a tub that was more than 2 inches shorter than the space, which created a large floor gap that we then had to pay to fix. During the flooring work, their handyman also damaged our sink. There were many other issues in their workmanship as well not listed here that I’ve had to ask them to address and fix throughout the process.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The quality of work, lack of accountability, and poor follow-through reflect a concerning lack of professionalism. They were quick to move the job along in order to collect payment, but unwilling to take responsibility or address issues afterward.

Robson and his crew have done a number of projects for us and are excellent at what they do. Beyond knowing the code requirements and installing quality work, it's very important to me that they actually care about their work and the client's satisfaction. That's why we continue to hire them, and I highly recommend them for their quality of service and reliability.

It’s really hard to find a really good company like them ! So quickly on responding us and very professional , just so you know to replace a toilet they covered all the floor with rags, they vacuum after they are done , they called us to make sure and show us everything working fine !

Also they change the handle of the toilet for us as a gift no charge we really appreciate it .
