Had an emergency, no heat. Got a call back very quickly after calling after business hours. They came out promptly and did the job. They do quality work and called back a few days later to make sure everything was running good. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

I had a pipe break in my basement. It's winter and I had to turn the heat off in the house because of the pipe break so my basement didn't continue to flood. I needed the pipe fixed fast because it's cold out. I called up Thompson and left a message with their answering service. Mr. Thompson called me back 5 minutes later and said he'd send over one of his guys. The guy showed up 15 minutes later and was able to quickly fix the issue. Approx. an hour after I discovered the the broken pipe, my heat is back on. Great, fast, affordable service. I will definitely use them again in the future (but hopefully only for non-emergency plumbing services).

Well, we needed them. 1st time: They came, conquered and took my check. It was a bit more$$ than I wished but we needed them...immediately. all know this kind of story. Would I recommend them? Sure, competency is obvious. Does one have the luxury of time for plumbing services? 99.6% of the time, no! 2nd time: gas heating unit issue in deep winter. They've got my biz, bottomline!

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my water heater replaced and they made it the same day. Fair prices for their services and they'll install water heaters bought at Home Depot or Lowe's, and can advise you on better options. Absolutely plan to hire them again and highly recommend their service!

I called them to do some basic electrical work, they said they would be out the same day and would call before heading over. They stated it was $149 diagnostic fee which they charged me immediately - my card was charged by the time we were off the phone, but the email receipt I received was for a subscription to "Premium Home Services" which is a company with an F rating on BBB. No call/no show that day. I called back at 5:30 pm and they said they would look into why no one contacted me, after 5 min. on hold I hung up and called back, asked them if they could go out the next day, they confirmed they would and would call before heading over. Next day, no call/no show again. I called back and asked for a refund and said I would find someone else. No explanation or apology or attempt to make things right.

Thompson did a great job with my laundry and sink. They were very reasonably priced. They were great to work with and helped me figure out the best way to accomplish what I wanted in my old house. Joey always responded to my messages promptly and answered all my questions thoroughly
