Aidan over at John's sewer really bailed us out of a bad situation where chunks of old lead pipe were left in the drainpipe by the construction crew and they were able to suction it right out and clear our drain. Massive thank you to him and John's drain for taking care of us literally same day!

Outstanding Service

I had a mainline blockage the morning after the 4th of July (of all days), and John's came through for me. I called around 8:30 AM, and a technician was at my door by 10:45. By 11:30, the drain was cleared—quick, efficient, and zero drama.

The tech was polite, professional, and thorough. He even did a quick inspection of the recently installed pipes and reassured me everything looked good. He didn’t try to upsell me anything and the cost was reasonable and exactly as quoted.

This was easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had with a local company. Highly recommend them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

I can't recommend John's Sewer & Drain Cleaning enough. They have been taking care of my lines for three years and have never let me down. I want to give a special shout-out to Steve Linehan who came out this morning and absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty to meticulously ensure that my sewer line was spick and span. He obviously takes great pride in his work, is technically excellent, and provides wonderful customer service, with great communication, ensuring that he cleaned up his work space, and providing helpful recommendations. An A++++ guy from a solid outfit!!

I had a backed up drain that I was really concerned about. I was worried that my pipe was crushed and I would be digging up my basement. Aiden came from John Sewers. He was polite and professional and genuinely a great guy to talk to. He was able to snake it clear and for only a couple hundred bucks. It was well worth it. I would definitely recommend them again.

Extremely reckless and dangerous driver! Drove in the bus lane, cut across lanes, changed lanes without using turn signals, and failed to yield to pedestrians. All happened within 2 mins! Such behavior reflects very poorly on the company.

Most amazing experience I have had with a contractor to date. On time, honest, and willing to explain their work in layman’s terms. The workers sent out to do the work were very respectful of my dad (older generation) and sat with him to explain why and how the work had to be done. Aidan opened a drain that has been slow for years. He came in after building maintenance couldn’t clear the clog. Very personable guy. I will recommend John’s Sewer and Drain Cleaning to friends.

I called on a Fri afternoon with a plumbing emergency. They got someone over within 2 hours. They fixed the issue in less than an hour. Great service!

I didn’t have a good experience with this company. I called to set up an appointment for a toilet flushing problem and explained clearly what the problem was. I was given a quote of $225 flat fee to fix the problem. I asked if there was a service fee if the problem could not be fixed, and was told no fee! I was ensured that the problem would be fixed!

When Luke showed up the day after Thanksgiving he said he was not sure what the problem was based on the information he had seen or provided. I went over the problem again… he looked at both toilets as well as checked the pipes in the basement and outside (on the roof), and believed that it was a (clogged) venting problem. He said he wouldn’t do roof inspection of the pipe, and suggested that I hire a plumber for it! He then charged me a service fee of $95 for coming in and going over the problem - a total of 15 minutes max!

I didn’t tell him that the person taking my call said there would be no service fee, and just paid him to go on with my life. The previous company I had hired the day before Thanksgiving charged me a service fee of $69 for the same investigation.

The problem is still not fixed even after spending that much! It is what it is but I do hope this company is up front with customers about the service fee if they can’t fix the issue.

They responded immediately to the phone call, were able to schedule a visit at a time that worked best for me, and Aidan was professional, informative, and did a great job both with cleaning the actual drain and cleaning up after the process.

Aiden from John’s Sewer and Drains came out and unclogged my tub drain lickety split. Very friendly and explained what he was doing and why. Importantly he also arrived right in the window that was initially given.

If I have more drain issues (hopefully not lol) I know who I’m calling!

Last night my toilet was clogged. This morning I spoke to John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning. In spite of the heavy snow we had last night a man came within the hour. The toilet was back in running order in less than 5 Minutes! Thank you to the very competent gentleman who came! ***** for John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning!

I wouldn’t use any other drain cleaning company from now on. John’s came out and quickly snaked the pipe at my business—it was seamless and stress-free. I had called other companies, and one even wanted to charge us $10k to tear things apart and do unnecessary work. Aiden, the plumber who came, did an outstanding job. He was personable, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Highly recommend John’s—10/10!

I've been using John's Sewer for our condo building for several years and they are great! We recently had a very stubborn mainline clog that was leaking sewage into the units and they sent out Aidan the technician right away. Aidan carefully assessed our complex pipe network so that he could strategically tackle the clog and his plan worked brilliantly and quickly! Highly recommend, very professional and their rates are very reasonable!

Steven came out and was super helpful and understanding of the problem. Needed more services and they came out at a time that worked for us. He showed up with Wall, who was also excellent. They went above and beyond. They explained everything and tried their best to help alleviate the situation. Hopefully I never need their services again, but if I do definitely asking for these guys to show up.

We are very grateful for Aidan and his prompt and thorough service. He was wonderful in answering our questions and was skilled at his job. Definitely would request him again!

I live in a townhouse and the property manager uses John's Sewer and Drain. Aidan came out the same day and fixed my kitchen sink drain. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend John's Sewer and Drain.
