MasterFix are the best in Michigan, they showed up on time at 12 AM to save us with a very reasonable price even overnight we highly recommend this company for being so professional friendly and so clean, after they finished unclogging our toilets they cleaned the area and sanitized everything.

i watched trenton who came to check and figure out why the fuses on my heater kept blowing. he really took his time and even talked with expert engineers and his manager at williams brothers ac and heat to find out what could be wrong. he found three possible causes and said he would come back after getting a second opinion from his coworkers, so i wouldn't have to replace extra parts. i liked that he wanted to make sure i only pay for what’s actually needed. he explained everything clearly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. i’m happy with the service and how he made sure i understood what was going on. job well done!

williams brothers ac and heat really helped us out when our furnace started having problems. it was making strange noises and stopped heating, so we tried calling a 24-hour service, but they couldn’t come until the next morning. then we reached out to williams brothers ac and heat, and they sent preston right away. the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. preston gave us great service, quickly figured out the problem, and was very professional and polite. we are so grateful he came on short notice so our home stayed warm through the night. i highly recommend their furnace repair service!

this is my second review about this heater repair service! our heater stopped working during a cold snap in dearborn, and greyson came out right away to help us. since we needed a new part installed, greyson kindly brought over a portable heater so we could stay warm while we waited. the next morning, bryson and preston arrived early and got our heater fixed up and working again by lunchtime. they were efficient, friendly, and really cared about making sure we were comfortable. we also had a wonderful experience with greyson. as seniors, we were having trouble with the thermostat, but greyson patiently walked us through how to use it and even let us record a video of the instructions. we’ve always had great service from this team and highly recommend them, especially greyson!
