We got connected to ConRest for what turned out to be two home insurance claims that involved multiple areas of our house. ConRest was an absolute joy to work with. They were prompt, professional, and responsive. They walked us through the process and fielded many calls from us, as this was our first time going through this process. Our Project Manager, Mike, was a godsend. He is very passionate about his work and is highly motivated to ensure customer satisfaction. I could not recommend this company more highly.

I appreciated the professionalism of the Project Manager, Chad Boldrey and his team. The work completed is well done and looks good. However, some months later when problems arose and I contacted their offices asking them to come out and honor their warranty, Conrest would not return my calls to even come or send someone out to see what the issue was. I understand the original Project Manager is no longer with the company.

Many thanks to Tim and the entire Conrest team for helping us get our basement restored after water damage. Conrest and their selected contractors were great to work with and respectable while being in our home. Vlad (Pro Masters LLC) and his team did an A+ job putting our basement back together. His teams exceptional attention to detail and carpentry skills exceeded our expectations. Thank you Conrest and Vlad for such a great experience getting our basement livable again!

After a total loss garage fire our insurance had Conrest come out. Nicole and her team did an amazing job taking care of us. They saved as many of my 48 years of Christmas ornaments that they could. They are all extremely nice and answered my millions of questions. They made the horrible situation better.

It all started with the water mitigation team headed by Nicole. Robert and DeMarco were amazing without them, I don’t know how we would have survived the first couple of days after our sewer back-up!!

The crew at Conrest recently helped repair my ceiling from some water damage. Cannot speak highly enough of everyone I encountered with Conrest. From beginning to end, they were high level communicators, very friendly, thorough, and did an awesome job with my repairs. If you need some work done, use Conrest!

I’ve worked with several project managers in the past and Tim was the best by far. Excellent communication and he did what he said he would do. He is fantastic to work with!

Tim and is team were awesome! They got right in and completed my repairs ahead of schedule. Their work and attention to detail was superb. Tim and his subcontractors were available and receptive to all my questions, concerns and thoughts. They were prompt and communicated well. I never had to wonder what was happening with my project. They made my renovation experience as pleasant as possible, for which I’m very grateful! I am delighted with the finished product and can’t recommend Conrest high enough.

We unfortunately had a house fire in December, and our insurance company recommended Conrest to help re-build our house, along with handling the contents portion of our claim. I cannot recommend them enough. Mike Hixson was our project manager and he was amazing to work with. Mike communicated very well, gave us realistic timeline expectations, and went above and beyond to try to get us back into our home quickly. My insurance company hired conrest to repair my awning that had blown on to my roof. The day conrest was contacted they had a crew come out and remove it from my roof. The replacement is absolutely awesome and conrest was a pleasure to work with. I would use them again but God willing I won't need to. Thanks again Eric.
