I needed a roof repair done. I called Grosse Pointe Roofing and Jonah and his crew came out. They were professional and did a great job on my roof. Thank you! i would recommend them!

I had an issue where water was getting into my DTE cable and traveling into my electrical panel in my basement. Over the years my top gutter became pitched to the side where there was no downspout and water would overflow and run down the side of my dormer.

Jonah engineered a fix in short time, adding a downspout from the top gutter to the lower one. Knowing the issue and urgency (that there would be heavy rains later in the evening) Jonah came out on the same day that I reached out - fixing the issue after his last scheduled job of the day.

He did high quality work and was really nice to work with. Very genuine individual with positive vibes. I will absolutely use him again for my next gutter and/or roofing need.

Jonah and his crew did an amazing job for me. Came out same day as the estimate since rain was threatening for the weekend. They installed a gorgeous roof for me and the cost was very reasonable. Professional, courteous and kind…I’d definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Keep an eye on workers because they will unplug your personal device's items and plug and place their used dirty products on places not appropriate. Like Cooking counter tops, furniture etc.. And don't sign any documents without receiving copies on the spot. If you do, you will probably not receive it. Management was contacted.. Referrals by State Farms insurance company .I'm not impressed by either company

We had an unexpected water leak in mid-November that soaked our 2nd floor, main floor and basement. I can’t say enough about how quickly Servpro arrived with many people, blowers, dehumidifiers, etc. They were here daily till things were dry. They packed up our basement contents for storage, and were all around very competent, professional, kind and empathetic….now the Reno begins! Thanks Servpro! I have water damage in my finished basement, this being the first homeowners claim I have had in over 40 years of owning a home I didn't have a clue, on what to expect. Then Reegan showed up with Jason and Melissa. Reegan is very professional and kind. She remained patient with my many questions. My beloved treasures were packed with care. Jason was also polite and patient as I took photos of my total loss items. Melissa is a hard working detail person. As she gathered my items, she made sure nothing important to me was misplaced.
Reegan, Melissa, and Jason helped make a heartbreaking situation more bearable. For that I thank them. They never once forgot to make sure my gate was closed so my dog couldn't escape. Little things mean a lot.
