This was a Huge Project as my Floor was Buckling from. Underneath and was Unseen for at least a Month b4 it started Buckling. Harley Came and Explained what was Happening. They Packed My House Up Allowed Me to Pick Out My New Flooring, Cabinets, etc..Nicest People Ever and Patient. Everything Turned Out Beautiful with a 5 Yr Warranty..Loved the While ReBuild. Wasn't EZ butnWrll Wpryh Ot All..Ty ConRest, Harley, Mike.snd Crew f9r Bring so Kind and Respectful..

Absolutely DO NOT use this company. Our home took 2 years and 4 months to complete due to lack of showing up to do the work. The work was done very sloppy and unprofessional like almost all dry wall mudding is terrible, second floor wood floors had to be done twice, unprofessional paint job in almost every room, windows stained shut and when opened missing stain like they just stained the window and sill while shut and left it,clean up was terrible, unfinished/unstarted work , kitchen cabinet knobs put on crooked, doorbell never put back to working order,blinds installed on the top of the actual window not the frame... I can literally go on but I am sure the picture has been painted. For over a 2 year wait to move back in to our home this home should have been almost perfect but is far from it. We couldn't be more displeased with this company and their work.

Mike was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. I can confidently say that he did an incredible job. My house looked immaculate after his work. If you’re looking for someone to repair or reconstruct your home, Contrast is the way to go. Thanks, Mike!

Conrest was assigned my job through an insurance claim due to water damage that destroyed a good part of my basement & some furniture. They replaced everything ~ paneling with drywall & paint, ceiling grids & panels & old chipped flooring tiles with nice, new vinyl planks! It did take a little longer than expected (due to holidays, illness & staff shortages) but is finally finished now & looks beautiful!! All of the different crews were wonderful, caring & considerate. Their moving crew (all possessions into a pod) was exceptional. Eric Novak, the project supervisor, managed to stay pretty much on top of things even though he was in charge of over 25 different projects (overwhelming) & had to go through surgery during this time. He was always reachable & handled any question or concern that came up. I am very happy with how things turned out & would definitely recommend this company.

I recently experienced a fire in my home, and Carrie Kirsten’s crew at Conrest truly went above and beyond to help me through one of the most stressful times of my life. They arrived quickly to begin inventorying and then later packing out for cleaning at the warehouse. Their level of organization and professionalism was absolutely outstanding.

Everyone at ConRest was wonderful to work with and did excellent work. Mike, the project manager, checked very frequently on the progress, made sure every task was done right.and was always available to take my calls and answer questions and keep me informed of progress. There were many crews at my house through the process and every single person was ambitious, worked constantly and efficiently. All were friendly. I would highly recommend ConRest. Pointe Roofing Pros did some work on soffits that were damaged or missing on a home recently purchased. It was well completed and affordable..The brick tuck work was thorough and looks amazing.

I’ve been looking for roofing estimates for about 2-3 weeks I’ve been through a lot of roofing companies but it seems they all have something in common. I called this business on Thursday (Sept 15th, 2022) regarding a estimate. I was told they was booked til Saturday and they should have someone out here 10am-1pm the latest. I was sent a text asking what services was I looking into with the company. I haven’t heard back since. If you truly want a good roofing company in the Detroit Area tap in with RAPID ROOFING cause they were the only ones I’ve actually received the full estimates, met with the person who did the on site estimates in the roof, and sent me an email regarding the whole process in less than 48hrs. They respond in real time. (This isn’t a paid sponsor for RAPID ROOFING) this is just for the people like me who don’t want to waste they time on businesses that can’t keep track of they own appointments and want real time results on a home project.

Our roofing project was finished properly last summer. The team's craftsmanship on our home has withstood all of the rain and snow as planned! The shingle color complements our home as well. A couple of our neighbors saw the work and were impressed with the quality; they will be using Pointe Roofing Pros to replace their roof this summer! Excellent work!
