The crew who cams to my home gave me wonderful service. Fine Job

Do not under any circumstance hire Servpro -- I had a flood in my small basement and through a series of unfortunate events called this scam of a company, I asked on the phone for a ball park price and was told $500-1000, still pricey but felt cornered, to my disbelief I received a bill for $3600??!!!! and I could have done a better job cleaning the basemen my damn self!!!!! It's an absolute SCAM and how they are still in business is beyond me. I will say they at least took pity on me and dropped the bill to $1800, still an insane amount but better than $3600.

My basement turned into a toxic waste dump after the sewage backflowed through the drains, putting a layer of sludge throughout the basement. I called Servpro five minutes after the plumber left clearing the blockage and they were out the same day. Chad and Quenton took care of a problem that I couldn’t even look at it. They were professional, efficient, and even my dog liked them. I Highly recommend this company. The next day after the mess was removed, the basement was in better condition, than when they started. Thank you.

I was pleased with ServePro in every way. The company’s response time was impressive. Harold and DJ were a great team. Their communication, professionalism, timeliness, attention to detail and overall skill sets were top notch. I recommend this company and Harold and DJ in particular.

Harold Houchns &DJ and Chris the project Manager at Servpro were just amazing team! Harold told us exactly what they were going to do step by step. Worked with our timings. Made sure the mold had gone from the water damage. They had to remove a lot of the stuff because of water damage, but did it carefully and so it didn’t damage other things in the room. Cleaned up at the end of the day daily. Thank you all for doing such good work and making sure all the mold and all the wood is dried. I would use Servpro again and recommend it to family and friends. 👍🏽

We had an unexpected water leak from the tub down to our kitchen. Chad and Quentin came out fast, found the leak and got the drying process started. Quick, thorough and friendly. Both great representatives for their company.

Servpro got it Done For Us!

When our neighbors called and interrupted lunch with my wife downtown on Valentine’s Day of 2024 to tell us they heard smoke alarms coming from our house, I had no idea what we were in for. We rushed home, but the fire department beat us there. Luckily, the fire was contained to our dining room table, but unfortunately, smoke and soot had traveled everywhere. I didn’t even know where to begin, but decided to call my insurance, who called ServPro, the company they trusted. ServPro very quickly came out to assess damages, pack out our items, and go through the tedious process of inventorying every belonging we had, restoring what they could and ensuring the insurance company knew to pay us for every item they couldn’t. They completely cleared our house so that the repair teams could come and do their work. And they securely stored all our items until every bit of the work was complete. Jake was our project manager. He was courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. And the estimates of his counterpart, Bill, made sure the insurance company took into account and paid out for items our adjuster’s original estimate had missed, more than doubling our repair claim. All in all, it was a seamless experience dealing with ServPro, as they know what they’re doing and dealt with us to understand what we wanted, while dealing directly with our adjuster to get things done. I highly recommend these folks!

Tyler S, Kevin G, Mike H, Tyler H and their project manager Jon Paul all did a tremendous job. Crew were polite & caring, kept everything clean as could be and treated my dog and my homes with so much respect. This is always hard to be calm when everything goes bad but the entire team at SERVPRO helped me so much. 5 stars more like 500 stars!

Very professional staff!
Had a significant floor drain backup, with standing water and sewage destroying the carpet in my finished basement. Called SERVPRO after hours and they gave very helpful instructions on what I needed to do next. Project manager Jon Paul advised that I would receive a call from his crew member, Chad. Within minutes, Chad called to report that he was on the way and gave his ETA.

Upon his arrival, Chad inspected and evaluated the situation and got right to work, preventing additional damage, explaining each step he was taking to remediate the situation, and answering my many questions.

Chad was knowledgeable and skilled in his attention to detail. I had gone from panic mode to feeling like I had nothing to worry about. I would definitely call SERVPRO again!

They were thorough and cleaned up and disposed of the trash. They exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Servpro to friends and family.

Our family home had an unfortunate sewer backup due to root intrusion and snowmelt - found 3 inches of water in our basement. Working with our insurance adjuster, we were recommended ServPro and glad to have had them take care of us! Chad and Que were hardworking, trustworthy, and really made us feel like everything was going to be ok! Chad had coordinated directly with the adjuster to make sure that things which were damaged were properly documented and covered, which made the renovation stage much less worrisome. We were very happy to have their service and would highly recommend!

SERVPRO exceeded my expectations. Stephanie (project manager), Reegan, Jason and Jeremy (crew members) were very professional, informative, polite, and made sure that their time was taken to provide me with the best experience. I also can’t forget about Mike and his team which arrived on the scene first with dehumidifiers, blowers, removal of drywall etc from a leak from a pipe that caused extensive damage throughout my home. All calls were either received or returned in a timely fashion and any questions that were asked were answered to the best of their abilities. I highly recommend this company on all cleaning and restoration services.

Chad and Que are awesome! They have been updating us constantly on what they are doing to remove the mold from our kitchen. They are friendly, professional and helpful. Chris Haney, the project manager, has been great to work with too. We are very happy with Servpro and will always call them if we need them in the future.

Chad & Chad did a nice job pulling up a floor today and cleaning up a pile of cabinets to be thrown out.

We had a house fire and we still have a very long way to go before it is restored but just wanted to give a shout out so far to Chad and Brandon for being quick on cleaning up alot of debris is our home and also to Chad for giving our son a nerf gun because all of his toys were a loss due to the fire. The rest of the team has been quick and efficient on getting things done so we can hopefully be in our house soon! Also a shout out to Reegan, who has been so kind to us and puts up with all of my questions! I’ve also noticed that her crew has been careful on packing up our items that were able to be saved. So far I would definitely recommend.
