Excellent customer service! SERVPRO employees were very professional and kept me in the loop all the while working on my basement and even after the work was completed the continued working with me and the insurance company.

Jeff was terrific! When I called he answered the phone immediately or called me back quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable about the work that would be done. Alex and Hunter came to my house on time and explained what they would be doing. They were respectful and went about their work in an efficient manner. They did take time to explain to me after the work was done what my next step should be. If anyone needs the help of ServPro don’t hesitate to call this company. I am very pleased with them!

These are some seriously solid people. Our kitchen was out of commission and they were kind, considerate and incredibly helpful. Shout out to Mentor and Patrick for doing an incredible job in our home. And they managed to get everything done right before Christmas! Very thankful for this team!

Both "Chads" (Brooks and ((Mason) have been great! They are punctual, polite and do a great job communicating clearly so you know what to expect every step of the way. About a week ago, Chad Brooks came out to my home to perform an inspection and guide us through the best course of action to mitigate our flooded basement. He was extremely knowledgeable, sincere, and incredibly accommodating during a very hectic and stressful situation caused by a broken pipe. I truly cannot express how thankful my family and I are. Servpro sent an educated, professional, and well-mannered gentleman to our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.

Our kitchen and basement were destroyed by a burst fitting under the kitchen sink. Chad Brooks and Chad Mason were so quick, kind, and very informative throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond for my family of 6 to keep us comfortable during a time of chaos. With having young children, they made sure to really protect the rest of our home from the mold that they found. So thankful for this team!

I had my gutters replaced Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. They came out and did the replacement, what I thought would be an all day installation took a couple of hours and there was no debris left behind. My gutters look great and I am extremely pleased.

Mark came out with his team to replace my gutters. He was the only company who was willing to come out before spring. He and his staff were very professional, neat, and prompt. Mark quoted me a very reasonable price, he even did some additional work and repairs he came across at no additional charge. In addition to the wonderful service I received, my gutters look amazing! Not only did they provide quality work they also did it in a timely fashion. Once the job was complete they cleaned everything so well that unless you were there you wouldn't have known any work has been done. I was very pleased with the work that was done and have already referred a few friends looking to get similar work done. I will definitely be reaching out in the event I need additional repairs!

My experience with Motor City was great! And only took a couple of days. I called Mark on Saturday, and he came to look at the house the same day. By Monday we were signing the contract and by Tuesday all the work was finished and complete! I got the gutters, and downspouts replaced along with a new fascia board and new gable trim! I will definitely be calling Mark for my next home project !!!

These guys go above and beyond. Great job! Mark gave us a great deal on roof, chimney, and gutters. Frank and Sean came by to inspect my roof vents and went into the crawlspace space and sealed up some holes and checked things out. Highly recommend

I have used Motor City for a few different repair jobs over the years. They have done an excellent job repairing my chimney and a couple roof leaks. I decided to take the plunge and replace my entire roof and gutters. Of course, Motor City was one of the companies from which I requested a quote. The price they quoted was very reasonable. The entire job took a bit longer than originally quoted - 4 days rather than 2 - due to inclement weather and the holidays. While there were a couple of small hiccups along the process, Mark was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and personally ensured my satisfaction. Mark's commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. In fact, Mark would not accept payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Motor City for all your chimney and roofing needs.

We had gutter and some brick repair done. The work was done timely and we were very satisfied. They even did extra work when they found another brick that needed repairing. I would definitely use this company again.

The work was preformed on time and completed as promised!!! The masonry work was excellent and match in color with rest of the house!! The roof repair completely stopped a really bad leak. The gutters were replaced. I am very happy with the service. I have recommended Motor City Home Improvement to a couple of people already. I call for any future repairs I may need.

Mark and his team did a great job replacing our gutters. I called Mark to get a quote on replacing my gutters. Mark was nearby so he came over right over after talking to him. The price was very fair . He told me on Friday that his crew would install the gutters on Wednesday of next week; however, he called me back on Saturday and said that he could fit me in on Monday. So on Monday we got professionally installed gutters, at a great price and before the next rain. I will be calling Mark for more home improvement projects. Thank you Mark.

Mark and his guys did a great job repairing my gutters.
