Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
We booked an appointment for April 30th which was confirmed. April 30th came and went and nobody showed to mow our lawn. We received a message through their app saying our professional had to reschedule for May 2nd.
May 2nd also came and went with no service. We received another message stating they assigned us a new professional but no date as to when they would be coming.
I checked the app today to find out they did in fact reschedule our appointment for May 14th (without notifying us) and they also canceled that appointment (again without notifying us.)
