I’ve had a really good experience with them and have used them for the last 2 years!

I don't recommend this company, they damaged my drain, I opened a complaint and nobody contacted me back , but they did charge me for that poor job. Seems like they are in a rush to complete jobs, so they don't care how poor the work is done.

LawnStarter got me in touch with a guy named Jeno, he did a wonderful job on my yard. He went above and beyond what the service actually entailed. 100% recommend.

Never used Lawn Pro app; I didn’t fully understand how to use it. Offer was first mow $20 and then you may schedule service at desired intervals. Well I had to reschedule my first mow; and so did the service provider do to weather. Lawn was mowed and I still received the promotional deal. I was very happy with that. The service provider notifies us when they will be out for service or if they need to reschedule in a text and in the app messages. The messaging system in the app is easy to use and it’s easy to reach your service provider. I needed to contact Lawn Pro and it was just as easy to reach customer support and they were very helpful, fast and friendly. Once cut you give a review and then payment released to provider of lawn care. It’s pretty cool and convenient.

Shaun is great at communicating and addressing any concerns I had. His service was great and I highly recommend him!

Lawn Starter is awesome. They do what they say they will. I love the ease of signing up as a new customer. David Brooks is awesome he responded introducing himself immediately and started on the day of my request. He comes consistently Bi-weekly on time and does a fantastic job of making my Lawn look beautiful. I appreciate truly the customer service from Jan of Support who listened to my concerns of my Snapdragon flowers being inadvertently cut. Jan credited my account after I provided before and after photos. I will remain a customer because of David's overall great work on my lawn and great customer service in resolving my issue.

If there’s-0 I will first time with them and destroy my lawn he was digging not cutting my grass completely destroyed nothing going to fix it I usually have a very green grass and healthy they kill it my advice don’t even think about that company

Haven’t done the work, yet charged me with 75$ When I asked for cancellation.
I got my new lawn so I needed mowing and to be bagged bcz it was long. So I asked guy who came not to mow it if they not bagging it. So the guy left and I was still charged with no service done

My Riding mower quit working. so I started using this service . Very satisfied . Probably wont get a new mower . Getting older and this is one thing off my list. They do a great job and very Quick .

Avoid LawnStarter – A Costly Mistake

I subscribed to LawnStarter in early August, thinking it would be a reliable way to keep my yard maintained. Instead, it has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
• First visit (Aug 5th): The first contractor they sent did such a poor job that my yard actually looked better before he cut it. LawnStarter asked for photos, admitted the work was bad, and offered to send someone else.
• Second visit: They sent a different provider to “fix” the first job and charged me $157 (on top of the $101 already taken). The work was still horrible. I sent photos again, and they only refunded $57—leaving me out over $200 for unsatisfactory service.
• This morning: I woke up to another $57 charge for work that supposedly happened today. No one ever came to my yard. When I called, they insisted someone had serviced my property and even sent “proof” photos—except the yard in their pictures looked nothing like mine. After I sent them new photos, they finally admitted the error and promised a refund (which I haven’t received yet).

At this point, I gave up on LawnStarter. I hired a local guy who charges $30–$45, shows up when he says he will, and does an excellent job every time.

Bottom line: LawnStarter wasted my time, took my money, and delivered terrible service. If you want dependable lawn care, skip the big corporations and hire a trusted local provider.

They did an excellent job with our lawn! The mowing was clean and even, and the edging along the driveway and walkways was sharp and detailed. Everything looked fresh and professionally done. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the yard spotless. Highly recommend for reliable, quality lawn care.

This company has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a lawn service. They consistently missed scheduled appointments without notice, then tried to charge for work that was never completed. The staff was rude and dismissive any time I tried to resolve the issue, and the prices kept going up with no explanation.

It honestly feels like a scam — they overpromise and underdeliver at every step. Save yourself the frustration and money — there are plenty of more reliable lawn care companies out there. I would never recommend this one to anyone.

Leslie did a phenomenal job and I can't thank him enough. I've had a muscle strain in my back for weeks now or I would have done it myself, but I'm limited on how much I can do. I appreciate his services and the work he did made me decide to continue to use his services. Very professional and made my yard look amazing!

Eric has done a wonderful job doing lawn maintenance for me throughout the summer and fall months of the first year at my new home. He was timely, kind, and efficient and I couldn’t be more grateful! Would recommend every time.

They understood the assignment when it comes to lawn care. My biggest complaint was scheduling. They have never come on the scheduled day. When they switched my day from Friday to Tuesday they still never came on their requested scheduled day. A few times at the end of the scheduled day I would get a reschedule notice and a couple times no reschedule notice until a day or so later if at all. Work is excellent, scheduling needs improvement.

Company half cut the grass in my front and on the side and NEVER cut my backyard. I made multiple attempts to contact LawnStarter and they ignored me. I even sent photos of the half job that was completed. But no worries! They made sure to charge my card this morning to receive payment for work not done.

Came across this company about a year ago. Shane is the guy who does my lawn service and I could not be happier. He is professional, fast and very good at what he does. I have been extremely happy with this service and tell all my friends and time the subject comes up
