GLC Landscaping did a phenomenal job with our total home landscaping renovation — I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, creative, and attentive to every detail.

They completely transformed our outdoor space with a beautifully designed layout that includes lush landscaping, stunning hardscaping, and a custom-built deck that feels like an extension of our home. What really stood out was how thoughtfully they designed a special area just for our two Frenchies, Cruiser and Zoe — it’s both functional and stylish, giving them plenty of space to play safely while still blending seamlessly with the rest of the yard.

Another highlight is the backyard lighting. GLC incorporated subtle, well-placed lighting that adds warmth, ambiance, and just the right amount of drama in the evenings. It makes the space feel magical at night and perfect for entertaining or just relaxing after a long day.

We had GLC install some arborvitae for a living fence. After talking with other “professionals” and the ensuing frustration a friend recommended GLC. After talking with Gino my decision was made. The entire process was nothing short of spectacular. Work was done on time, within budget, and with desired results. Install crew arrived on time and completed the work as discussed and cleaned up after themselves. Gino, Eileen, and Stacy were incredibly easy to work with. We have some other landscape projects we will be working with GLC on in the near future.

Gino was kind enough to deliver and plant a tree that my neighbor and I have been wanting for some time. He was solo that day and I can say enough good things about his expertise and knowledge! Gino and Eileen make a great team and they have a great team backing them! Thank you GLC!

I could not be more impressed with our experience with GLC Landscaping. It started with Stephen coming out to the house and giving us a honest appraisal for what we wanted done to our front yard. Stephen drew up a beautiful rendering of what the front yard would look like when the job was completed, he was also very helpful with his suggestions of bushes, trees and flower combinations.. The rendering sealed the deal. They quoted us.
A time when the crew would show up to begin work and we're right on schedule. When the crew arrived, consisting of Owen, who was running the crew, Claudio, Angel, Ryan, and Andrew they got right to work and and were very polite and professional. Owen checked in with us at every step of the process to see we were happy with what was being done. Upon completion of the project, the guys cleaned up beautifully and their work.

GLC did a fantastic job with our patio project. From the original quote, to fine tuning the project along the way. Gino and his staff helped problem solve situations that arose along the way, and was always available to talk through the process and possible solutions. Our patio and walkway is a perfect space to entertain and enjoy our property now and for many years to come. We can't thank the GLC team enough!

GLC did a wonderful job installing our new front garden wall and removal of a large birch tree. It all began with Stephen coming out and giving us an honest assessment of our project and had lots of options and ideas for us to choose from, Gino and his crew arrived right on time and he went over every detail on how the project was going to progress, they had a large crew and all the right equipment to get the job done. They worked hard and their attention to detail was beyond impressive, the project turned out beautiful, we would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone

First, let me start by saying that we have been repeat customers of GLC. Our first experience which is what prompted the second experience was a fantastic one as Gino the owner was the one on the job site. This review of our second job for our forever home was not the same experience at all. This job was a blank slate as it was a custom built home, so we should have been able to get everything exactly as we wanted. A sprinkler system, grade and level the land along with landscaping beds with easily maintainable plants. Gino, the owner was not on site for this job, one of his employees was. His employees and staff have always been polite and easy to work with, however we were still left with somewhat of a mess and we are only four months out. They do not offer a warranty or any type of guarantee on their plants, this is in the contract if you look for it, but it’s not something they make known when you sign. Even with this being job 2 for us with them we had no idea and we are to take some blame for that for not fully reading the tiny print of the contract. We wanted the land leveled and graded, it’s full of holes and pits that sod was just placed over, I almost face planted yesterday in one of these holes because you can’t see it until you’re in it. The sprinkler system is not as we wanted. It’s a spiderweb of zones that are stressed under pressure. We wanted separate zones for lawn and flower beds. They’re intertwined. Three trees are dying, including a blue spruce tree that I notified them immediately of, after a mere 2 months, that it was struggling, it’s now at 4 months post project almost completely dead. They offered to replace it for another $225, after paying nearly $20k for the work. After almost tumbling in the very unlevel yard yesterday, we noticed 2 more trees almost dead. Plants are obviously a huge part of any landscaping project, even Lowes warranties plants for a year, to not have any help with those is disappointing. The biggest thing is this is our forever home and this was a blank slate for the perfect opportunity to get it right. That didn’t happen this time. If we had the money, unfortunately we’re still paying for this work, we’d rip this all out and start over. Job number one at our old house still looks amazing after years. This finished project is struggling after just 4 months. Before writing this review we contacted GLC via email about a list of issues. Gino responded but only touched on 2 issues, replacing the tree for $225 more, and bringing in some river rock. Didn’t touch at all on the sprinkler, the grade/level of our yard. Our most important items. We are very disappointed this time around and with the after care regarding the responses we’ve received. We were planning on using GLC for phase 3 (Backyard) of our forever home, unfortunately and with a sad heart, we will not be. In conclusion we would absolutely recommend GLC for pavers and retaining walls, but at this point in time, not at all, for the items we hired them for sprinklers, landscaping, yard grading, plants, unless Gino himself is on the job. 💔💔💔💔

GLC replaced our old cement porch and walkway. We recently noticed cracks in a couple of the pavers. We called GLC and they came out right away and replaced the pavers. Their follow-up service is unbeatable. We are so happy we contracted with them to do the work. We are very happy with them and would not consider anyone else for futhre work. Thank you, GLC.

TLC did a great job with our backyard landscaping project. We were happy with the design they proposed, and they actually made a couple suggestions during the project that we made a lot of sense that ended up making the patio seem much larger. The project site was cleaned up very well and power washed our driveway to get rid of equipment tire tracks. We highly recommend GLC for your landscaping projects.

Prior to this project, my yard was a blank canvas with no plants or trees - just grass. I didn't know where to begin with a design or what types of plants would thrive in full sun. Ive had an awful experience with this company.

I feel wrong for not warning people of the way the owners treat customers. I wish I would have read reviews myself before renting equipment from them. From other reviews i read now, it seems alot of other people have the same problem with the accountability aspect.

I rented a skid steer from these people. Simply moving dirt from the back of my property to the front. Rented and paid for two days. I did use the machine the first day and half of the second day. However,, I couldn’t finish my job due to their machine breaking down. I immediately stopped the machine and contacted them. They came out, picked it up, gave me a run around about oh nice property you have here. I’ll contact you within a week or so and you can rent the machine again and I’ll give you a day free. Two weeks go by and no word. Tried contacting them twice, no answer. I at least wanted a couple hundred dollars refunded for the breakdown. Seems fair. Well, I ended up cancelling payment on my credit card. They ended up taking me to small claims and threatened to sue me for damages and saying I abused their machine which caused the breakdown etc… trying every scare tactic to use. I knew I didn’t do anything wrong. I actually had video proof of me using the machine. (Dad recording me going back and forth) I even reached out via email and offered to split the original cost to rent since the machine broke down. They responded and denied my offer and threatened more. So I came to the conclusion that it would cost me more time and day off work to prove them wrong in court over a couple hundred dollars. I agreed to pay the total amount plus court fee they requested. It just wasn’t worth my time for that amount.

Be aware people. Take your money to a more reputable place. These people will rent you equipment that if it fails, then do nothing but hold you accountable if it breaks. Seems many people have addressed them with problems and they just claim to not have done business with you.

I figured their response would be just as they respond to all other negative experiences people have had with them. Shifting blame onto us customers. Once again, shows the type of people we’re dealing with here. I’ve been operating heavy equipment for 15 years now. Way beyond a skid steer. All I have to say is, if they stand by their work and machines, they would have made it right with anyone here who had bad unprofessional work done by them or had a machine fail like I did. I rest my case and still hope people take these unfortunate experiences many of us have had seriously.

Gino and the GLC crew has just finished the 8th project that we, or the family, have included them in. Back in 2013 they provided the sod and landscaping for our new house, followed by a 2-tier paver patio. Although the projects have varied in size over the years, Gino and his crew's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction hasn't. Our long term relationship with GLC is a testimony to that.
