Greenbud has helped me with a large privacy fence project, concrete patio, and a deck. Everything turned out great.

Gary did a patio for me I couldn't be happier with the result! Truly artistic work. Can't recommend Greenbud enough.

Two weeks ago I called Greenbud Landscaping and left a message. I needed to replace 5 yew bushes near my front porch. Within an hour I received a phone call back. Within a day I had an estimate. Within a week the job was completed. The work was done by a courteous crew that left the work area very neat and tidy. The lesson here is that there are companies that really understand what customer service needs to be. I'm glad I found Greenbud Landscaping.

This company services my neighbors lawn, they typically show up on trash day and block my bins from getting emptied.

I don't use Egypt Creek. My next-door neighbor does for her snow plowing. My favorite part is, without fail, that when they're done plowing her driveway, they basically leave all the snow in front of my driveway. It's fun because it gives me something to do and it's not rude unprofessional at all. (Sarcasm)

The crew leaders at RRR are strong, team focused guys who have an eye for detail and a work ethic that goes well beyond just getting the job done. Their commitment to building crews that work together as a unit is impressive.

In year 2 we have had to pay approximately $5k to remedy our poor top soil coverage with top dressing. Our tests came back extremely poor on all soil health levels consistent with inadequate top soil coverage. We also have fungus issues due to poor drainage. Our rock wall is now failing at a cost of an additional $1.5k to correct.

Awful company. When I shared my experience on Facebook they deleted and blocked me. To top it all off, after posting this review, the owner left a one star review on my personal services website in spite. They never actually used any of our services. I suppose they are feeling insecure about their own.

I want others to know about our experience.

1. Our first project was to install a boulder wall needed meet code due to the drop off on the side of our porch. We explained what the code requirements were to Ryan. Sure enough, after the installation our construction manager notified us that the wall would not meet code. When we emailed them regarding this issue, they said that they would not be responsible as it was "not their responsibility to know the building code" even though we communicated this to them several times. They would, however, come out and correct it at an additional cost.
2. Allotted in our quote was an allowance for plants. RRR provided a set of plantings as a starting point. We sent over a few plants we liked but questioned whether these would be best for the project given their location, our climate, and the amount of sunlight that area would get. They did not answer these questions or concerns or give us feedback to what would actually work for the project and after a lengthy back and forth we pulled our allowance after they refused to meet us out at our project.
3. We were having significant drainage issues. In talking to Ryan, we questioned why only 65 yards (less than 2 inches) of topsoil was used when the other companies we had quoted included an allotment of 200 yards (4 to 6 inches of topsoil) within the same budget mind you. His response was that of course more topsoil was better and to control cost they use less topsoil. I emailed them with our concerns and they responded saying it was due to our lawn sitting lower than the neighbors and "where were they supposed to drain it to?" Having not visited the property, she must not have known that we had about 15-20 feet to the back of the property line that would have been the perfect place to drain the excess. The other lawn companies also noted the lack of topsoil in comparison to what they typically use within our subdivision.
We were more than willing to pay extra for proper soil depth that option was not discussed with us. They were more concerned with maximizing profit and providing a quote in line with the other companies (albeit with a far lesser product).
4. Our final bill was 20% over our initial budgeted cost. The overage was made up of several extra yards of topsoil and prep for half of our back yard. Their original quote only accounted for us finishing half of our backyard. Why would we only want to prep and seed half of our back yard? We met with one of the workers on site who was under the understanding originally that we were only doing half of the back yard based on the amount of materials on the original quote.
5. Our original quote included irrigation rings around the plants in our landscape bed. We received another bill for $225 for the landscape ring installation as the irrigation team had to come back out to install. While I understand wanting to collect for time and money spent, I feel that after all the issues and struggles that we encountered and after paying them almost $30k in total for the project that they still wanted to squeeze every dollar that they could out of us.

This company takes no responsibility for their own shortfalls or mistakes. With every issue, they pointed the finger back at us. Talking to others in our neighborhood it appears that we aren't the only ones with these experiences
