Our experience working with RRR can be summarized as a mixed bag. We requested quotes from RRR among other companies for the landscaping, hydroseed and irrigation at our new build. We ultimately went with them for landscaping and hydroseed.

Pros: prompt communication and they were able to get us on the schedule and moved up when there was a delay with another project. We have been very pleased with our seated ledge around our patio, two retaining walls and rock under our deck.

Cons: we provided exact builder site plans for our estimates and after hydroseed was done, the cost had nearly doubled due to a calculation error on their end. After emailing and talking, we were given a minor “refund” on the overage but it was still our responsibility for their egregious error. We otherwise would not have gone with them for hydroseed. We also had provided a tree to be planted and paid for such service, and the tree would flood and tip over any time it rained (tree is approx 15 ft tall). The leaves all fell in July/August to which RRR said was normal and due to heat stress. After leaving again, they staked it “as a courtesy” but would not replant. We ultimately had the nursery where we purchased the tree replant it, and they told us it was planted about 6 inches too deep causing these flooding issues, and we will know come spring if the tree has died.

All in all, stone/wall work I would recommend but would not recommend for hydroseed, irrigation or plants.

RRR still has not reached out to me to come to a resultion on our complaints. They continue to take no accountability for their mistakes and lack of professionalism. Do not use if you have a big job, they do not seem to be there quite yet.

RRR Lawn & Landscape/Seasonal Color has done my spring/summer/fall floral arrangements for a few years now and I couldn't be more pleased with their work! They are artists well versed in knowledge of plants/flowers, environment and design. My neighbors and I are always delighted after they work their magic around my home every spring. You can rely on RRR to put a smile on your face after their beautiful work is completed.

RRR Landscaping is kind, knowledgeable, and their response time is incredible! They were able to evaluate the work I needed done and give us a full quote within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. We were so grateful for their help!

Bad experience with Ryan and Nikki leading to a court visit. I asked RRR to weed and trim an unruly section of my landscape beds. They showed up and did the front yard beds instead of the backyard that I asked for! Reps did not call me or ring my doorbell to confirm the job before or after the work although I was home. They demanded I pay the remaining 50% for a job I didn't ask for, then charge me even more to come out and do the job I asked for in the first place! Rude email from Nikki about "not being able to read my mind" over something I had specified to 2 company members including Ryan months earlier, and again over the phone leading up to the job, which had fallen through the cracks and was not recorded properly. Now I have to submit a court summons to them to get back my initial 50% deposit and any late fees and court costs. I offered for them to keep the initial 50% and walk away, and Nikki badgered me with the remaining bill and late fee threats. Unreasonable, rude, and unprofessional. They did not care about my needs and caused an ongoing problem. It is clear they only wanted to be defensive and confrontational, and get paid to do whatever they wanted at my expense. Beware hiring.

Ryan and his team did an excellent job at building us a boulder retaining wall that also led around the property to create new raised beds. Ryan was incredibly kind and gave us all the options! We loved to have them do the project and can’t wait to have them to complete future jobs.

RRR and our company have done business over the last couple of years. We supply RRR with Light & Medium Duty Chevrolet trucks.
I believe you can tell something about people or a company on how they treat others. As a customer Ryan and Nicole are great people to work with. They treat everyone at the dealership with respect from the car porters and service writers, sales and finance managers. These are great people and people make a company.

Great work and customer service! Ryan came out to meet with us promptly to discuss our Fall landscaping needs. He provided his quote the same day and started and completed the work almost immediately following Miss Dig marking utilities. The crew he had onsite was professional, hard working and thorough. Everything was wrapped up in just over two days. Overall an excellent experience!

Ryan, Connor, and team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They completely transformed our backyard from an unusable old dirt pit to a patio/fenced/grass yard oasis we'll make memories in for a lifetime. Thank you RRR!
