We were VERY pleased with their service! The technician Ben was very nice and knowledgeable. He walked us thru everything he was doing and he got our AC working! Very responsive with their communication and reasonably priced! Thank you Klima!!!

We called another company Saturday morning as we we’re having issues with our heat running but unable to get to the temperature set on our thermostat. They sent a technician who charged us nearly $300 to advise us we needed to replace a part and that we could wait until the upcoming week to have it done during business hours for cheaper. Sunday morning we woke up with the thermostat reading in the 50’s and the heat unable to work. We called the guy back and he was accusatory towards us and going to charge over $1,000 to come back. Instead we called Klima. Dionis not only talked to me, but face-timed me to see our furnace and fully understand the issue. Within 45 minutes he was at our house. For a fraction of the cost of the other company and exponentially kinder service that Dionis guaranteed or he would come back at no charge, our heat was fixed. I would highly recommend Dionis and Klima to anyone needing HVAC service, emergency or not.

UPDATE:
I called Dionis a second time (this time for our AC unit), late Friday night, and he was responsive and talked to me that night. He was at our house the next morning. Service is above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else or recommend anyone else for HVAC.

Our water heater went bad on a Saturday night, called a number of plumbing companies and some of them wouldn’t even work on a Sunday but those who did wanted to charge over $1200 for labor only, a friend of mine gave me Klima Comfort solutions number , Dionis the owner came early in the morning and installed a new water heater for a very reasonable price

We had our furnace stop working late on a Saturday evening. I reached out to couple big name HVAC vendors in Grand Rapids and was told I could not get service until Monday. I found this to be very unacceptable. I had a friend who had provided me the phone number for Klima comfort, and not only was the service prompt. He was very professional. He guaranteed his work. We were up and running within an hour.And it was a very fair price. I would highly recommend Klima comfort!!!!

Dionis was able to come out real fast on a weekend day when our furnace stopped working. He was able to get it running again and gave it a whole tune up included as well. Very reasonable price after calling multiple companies!

Dion was amazing. Called him today to service our minisplit and he showedup same day. We haven't had heat since mid winter, and with a baby here, we were using space heaters since the heat went out. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair price and on short notice. I would highly recommend for any project. A+++

I had a fantastic experience with this company. I contacted them for my first time with no prior business relationship indicating my furnace had gone out. They were there within three hours and were able to get the furnace restarted. My furnace is 25 years old and they indicated that they could get it running but in all likelihood, it would fail again. I requested they replace the furnace. They were able to replace the furnace within 24 hours. I will continue to use this company and have been extremely happy with their service.

Ben did a great job installing my Nest thermostat. Made sure i understoon how it worked and was comfortable with it.
Highly recommend Ben. He wore shoe protectors and cleaned up before he left.

I contacted Kilma Comforts when my AC started acting up just three days before I was supposed to leave the state for the holiday weekend. I knew it was a long shot to find someone on short notice, but Dion seemed willing to help. He asked for photos and said he could stop by.

He showed up within two days, which I appreciated. After looking things over, he said he could not fix it. He told me that doing so would require a crane and would be too complicated. I mentioned that a neighbor in the next building had theirs replaced without a crane, and Dion said he thought he had done one like mine before but did not feel confident doing it now. He suggested I try calling that same company instead.

I felt a bit misled because I had already sent him pictures and described the issue before he came out. It left me feeling like he might have just wanted to make some extra money before his own trip. That may not have been the case, but it is how it felt to me at the time.

He said he would check with a buddy who might be able to help and that he would follow up with me, but I never heard back. I also contacted the other company he suggested, but they could not fit me in on such short notice.

I wish I could leave a better review because he was polite and initially responsive. But the lack of follow-up and paying ninety five dollars for a visit that led nowhere left me disappointed. I expected better from a company with such a strong reputation.

When my furnace stopped lighting on a Saturday night the original installer gave me an automated response giving work hours during the week. I called Dion, and he was able to diagnose and get the furnace up and running in a few minutes!

Used Klima Comfort Solutions for an 80 gallon water heater installation and water main valve replacement at my River House condo. Dionis was prompt, professional, knowledgable, and personable. In addition, I will be using his company for future HVAC tune ups and maintenance.
