I had an emergency water heater leak on Sunday. While others didn't even answer their phone. Omerson answered and they were on their way 20 minutes after I called to assist in stopping the leak. Next day they arrived with a brand new state of the line Rheem Water Heater and replaced it with everything completed up-to-code.

I was from out of town n Elvas drove 1 1/2 hours to inspect and install a new AC unit and duct work. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond for us being out of town and on a time schedule. We would highly recommend OmersonMechanical !

Fast forward 7 months: what I thought was going to be an A/C repair or tune-up ended up having to be a new A/C unit install due to an incorrect unit install by previous crew's lack of knowledge. The Omerson Mechanical saved the day once again by replacing and installing a brand new unit IN ONE DAY and gave me an awesome price. All heroes don't wear capes.

Was matched with this company through my AHS warranty. They never reached out to me to schedule, so I proactively called them 2 business days after AHS matched us with them for service. They didn’t answer my phone call, but they did text me back when I texted the number on their machine. They were prompt and came right over the next day (even squeezed us in before a holiday weekend). My first impression: Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when in-person. They let me know they’d need to schedule a follow up visit to check out a fluid leak issue before formally diagnosing the problem. I agreed that it made sense to wait for a follow up visit until after the holiday weekend passed. I waited an additional 2 business days for them to reach out to schedule a follow up ticket. They never called me, so I texted them like their voicemail recommends to do, but they never texted me back. I called a couple more times as the week progressed and left two voicemails but ultimately we had to go back to AHS to ask that our ticket be reassigned to a vendor who wouldn’t ghost us. Bummed out about the experience because I was excited to see they’re rated highly by other former customers on Google. Hopefully my experience was a one-off.

Elvis did a rock star job installing our new furnace this past winter. We recently had him out again to check on a noise coming from the furnace - turns out I had installed the air filter backwards and it had gotten sucked into the system! He kindly educated me on proper filter install and checked over everything. All is running smoothly now. Really appreciate his work and would highly recommend him.

First met Elvis via my home warranty because my furnace broke. So he and his brothers helped fix that and did a great job. Then my entire furnace busted and they came and replaced the entire thing and added central air to our house. He is a perfectionist who loves his job. Best prices, best quality, friendly, professional and responsive. Have referred him to many friends already and they all have the same response. I’ve had terrible experiences with other companies in the area and am a loyal customer now to omerson mechanical.
