We had an appointment with a heating specialist when a plumbing issue same up. He scheduled a plumber to come out to our cottage the same day, and within 2 hours we had someone here. There were several issues, but the plumber was careful to diagnose the main issue, , even calling another expert to troubleshoot. We appreciated his honesty providing us with options, understanding that it’s possible other issues will come up.

Moore has great people that have a real customer service attitude. Jason, the on-call tech was extremely helpful on the phone on a late, Sunday afternoon and Ron the actual service call tech was also exceptional. Really appreciated the help from both of them as well as the office folks. Can’t say enough good things about these folks

Great experience, had a plumbing issue in our older home. Called Moore mechanical and they actually answered their phone and were able to send someone up the following day. Had a new bathtub/shower faucet system in and water back on in good time frame..

Sized our HVAC incorrectly for our house causing multiple issues. Whenever we have called for clarity or an explanation they say that a manager will call us. The manager has yet to reach out. We should have trusted our gut and gone with Jacobson. Avoid this company at all costs.

I wouldnt give them any of my money until they recognize their workers union demands. Solidarity forever.

Jason took care of ac problem. Explained clearly and showed pictures of the critters partly responsible for prob. Took the time to explain our older unit and what was going on. What a nice young man, clearly focused on his work and was super great with my little ankle bitter, Blossom. I'd give more stars if I could. They replaced our furnace and hot water heater 4 yrs ago and it was a great experience as well. Don't go anywhere else. I waited and I'm glad.

What an absolutely fantastic service call, your tech was prompt, courteous, and respectful of property. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the issue, explained it thoroughly and had replaced the faulty part. The tech also made recommendations for future preventive maintenance options, as well as making complete measurements for the eventual replacement of the furnace itself since it was 25 years old.

Antonio and his crew were wonderful! Very thorough, and gave us great customer service. My husband is ill, and we needed our heat on as soon as possible. Antonio got us in right away! We are very greatful for this as we had been without heat for two weeks. Thanks again for caring and accommodating us!

Organized, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. The experience was one I would wish upon anyone getting their A/C installed. Tyler and Tony were the two that came over today and I was beyond impressed. Quick, on time, detailed oriented and extremely easy to talk to. I know little to nothing about hvacs and they both took the time to inform me of things they did during the install - and got me up to speed on the thermostat and how to use it. They had my best interest at heart and I’m beyond happy with the experience from these two gentlemen today. Moore Mechanical has a life time client in me - use these guys , trust me you won’t regret it. 10/10 would recommend.

I had Dustin here last week to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. He had to go under the trailer.He was done within an hour. Today I had Tyler here to cut and put a heat register in the bathroom. He also had to crawl under the trailer. He was done in a great time. They were both so nice and neither complained about crawling under the trailer. I would definitely recommend this company 100%. THANK YOU.

The second star is because the service was prompt. However the plumber was poorly equipped to do the work on the artesian welll and significantly underquoted estimated cost for the work, even though I sent pictures and spoke with him on the phone about what exactly was needed. So I ended up having to pay a $99 service call fee when the work could not be done because the parts were not available and the final estimate was 300% of the estimated original quote.

We had James over for a bathtub faucet leak.
He was in and out in less than 45 minutes, super professional, and letting us know the process every step of the way. We would certainly recommend Moore Mechanical for any of our future, plumbing or HVAC needs.

After he “ fixed” it for. Minute he wasn’t even 10 minutes down the road and it completely stopped blowing anything out the vents!
After we paid just paid 500 hundred dollars. The unit is just a year old !
I can’t believe that all these things could possibly be wrong with it after not even running a full summer.

Patrick investigated options for a mini-split install and scheduled quickly. The crew were able to do the whole thing in less than a day while we were on vacation. The installer, Spencer stayed in touch and provided pictures.

Very quick to response. Came out next day and repaired our issue. Arrived an hour earlier than anticipated. Highly recommend and will continue to use them.

Matt the service tech was great came out earlier then the appointment time after verifying it would be ok. He had questions for me so he called while on site as I was not able to be there he sent his information in for a estimate and almost a month later after he came out and 4 phone calls asking for the estimate I still have nothing. They could at least let me know they don't want to do the job if that's the case and not keep saying it will be sent by the end of the day.

James did a wonderful job repairing water leaks. Arrived on time, completed job and cleaned up the area he worked in. Kept me informed as to what was wrong and how he was going to fix the leaks. I recommend Moore Mechanical highly

Our older home had some unique features for routing a gas line to the clothes dryer. James came out and walked through the changes that needed to be made to bring the gas line up to code. We scheduled and it was completed in an afternoon. We feel so much better knowing the gas lines are up to code. 5 star recommendation!!

Great customer service!!! Kind, courteous, and professional. Matt not only fixed the problem we called for but we asked for 2 extra pipes to be fixed also. He came out same day we called so we weren't left without water being made priority as we had no running water was the best customer service!

I am embarrassed to admit that I have forgotten the technicians name. He did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!
