I had Jonah O. out for an emergency repair during the big cold snap this year
He was courteous he was knowledgeable he explained things to my level did not talk down to me. And most importantly he gave me options instead of just saying you need to do this.

While I wasn't happy with the price it was an emergency and I understand the premium value of it.

Our heater broke Tuesday, in the middle of a winter storm! They had us completely finished by Wednesday! New HVAC! JUST BEFORE WE GOT -30! I cannot thank you enough! Very efficient and professional service. The young men that came were very respectful and cleaned up completely! Thank you 😊

Cordney is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the job before he started. He is very cautious about keeping the area clean. We just got brand new carpet in the basement and not one single mess was left after the job was done. So happy with my experience with Service Professors will definitely call them back out for any future work. Also their pricing is unbeatable for the job that was done. My kitchen sink stopped draining today and a technician was able to come out tonight. Simon was able to fix the problem and he did it with a smile. I appreciate the prompt services. He went above and beyond and fixed the cabnet door that was hanging on for dear life. Everytime I call service professor for help, I have been greeted with kindness and respect. I can't leave out customer service (Lucas) from this post. I highly recommend their services and and the MVP program they offer. It comes in handy.

Corey came very soon after we called, he was courteous and professional, and repaired our furnace quickly. He explained what was wrong and also gave us some instruction about maintenance of the system. When we had a question later that day, he called back and explained everything we needed to know. We would definitely recommend him.

Thomas was extremely professional and transparent in informing me of the leak that I found in a water pipe. He also went above and beyond to assess my crawl space and assess my water heater. He gave me valuable advice and I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable about everything he was telling me. My nerves were put at ease after his visit.

Ray Cambell was extremely kind and explained everything in terms I could understand. He cleaned up great after getting my backed up kitchen drain flowing again.

Mike Brooks, the sewer supervisor, came out after Ray with a camera and he figures out my issues so quick and explained everything in a way that made sense and i could understand. He even helped me troubleshoot and diagnose other plumbing problems around my home.

He told me the problem I called for is a full septic tank, not a drain issue. They dont pump septic tanks, but he gave me a local company to call to help with that. I had a great experience and i am so thankful for my both of my technicians help, expetise and honesty. If i could i would give ten stars!

We had an issue with our boiler heating system late on a Friday. Service Professor was able to get to us early the next day. Nick S. was very helpful ensuring our system was running correctly before he left. I would highly recommend Nick S. and the Service Professor for their knowledge, timely response, and professionalism throughout this situation. Thank you!

Andrew was great. He was timely, quickly assessed the problem with our leaking shower head and explained our options. He was able to make the repair on the spot quickly and we were so grateful. I’d call Service Professor again and again. Everyone from the folks on the phone to the tech were very helpful and professional.

Do not use Service Professor unless you want to have endless issues and pay more for the services. The only positive thing was that they came right away when our A/C unit died during a heatwave. We are the suckers who chose to go with them. They didn't install the A/C unit correctly, missed a screw and it rattled. The condenser hose was slashed during installation. When they came back to fix it, they spliced the hose together, pulling it tight, causing a section of the hose to come apart in the ceiling. This taped together hose was found only after it leaked all over and was there before we purchased the house. When I am buying a new A/C AND furnace, I expect that everything will be replaced. We also chose to get both replaced so we would be able to get higher energy efficiency units and qualify for a rebate through our utility providers. Turns out they lied about that, our equipment doesn't qualify because it doesn't have the right rating.

Dylan was great! Super professional and communicative. My issue was small but I could tell he wanted to solve it as efficiently as possible. Also recommended some future improvements I could consider. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Jaylen Branch from service professor! He was very thorough and took his time to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. Would recommend! He even had to walk outside to find a vent multiple times in snow and below zero temperatures.

I have never had a bad experience with Service Professor. We’ve used them many times over the years for various services. They’ve always been very knowledgeable and friendly. You can typically get an appointment pretty quickly which I really like. They have a good membership program too. I always recommend them.

Corbin gave us outstanding service today, hands down the best we’ve received. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. He was respectful, patient, and truly went above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with his service!

Korbin and his colleague (sorry I forgot his name) did a great job at dismantling the old furnace and AC unit and installing the new ones. They were all done by 5pm and did a great job cleaning up. Thank you again for coming out on such a cold day. We appreciate it.

Extremely professional and very patient and kind with my questions. Due to the issues we were having an electrician (Brandon), HVAC (Corey) repair technician, and an installation supervisor (Derek) all came over in one day to ensure we get heat corrected and they didn't charge us the service fee for each. No homeowner ever wants to go through system repairs, but this team was so helpful and explained everything in detail and gave us confidence in working with them. We will leave another review when the team installs all of this tomorrow. :)

The prep before he arrrived unexpected. The company definitely communicates! He understood our set up quickly, listened to my thoughts on a solution, and provided an avenue for a more thorough solution. He understood my budget, and offered a quote that could meet it, communicating what that quote included and didn’t. 10/10 would recommend.

Tim Voskuhl came to fix our tankless hot water heater. He knew thr issue right away. He was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. I'm so grateful that our paths crossed and he got our water heater fixed.
