I've had Bel-Aire service my furnace and a/c for several years and have always been satisfied with it. Brandon Van Dyke has done the work the last couple of times. He is professional, pleasant, and efficient. When I call to arrange service, the appointments are made efficiently and kept as promised. Except last time I received a call that he could arrive a couple days earlier if convenient for me. What's not to like?

I have used Bel-Aire for over 20 years beginning with the installation of my air conditioning unit. I have used their service faithfully and the have not been disappointed.
I had your technician, Les this time. Nothing but professional, friendly and efficient. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Had a routine AC service done. During that, the tech accidentally poked a hole in the line. He willing spent 4 additional hours repairing it. He apologized many times and made sure we were back in running order. AC has never run better. Really a nice young man.

It was excellent experience. The service technician was very helpful. Made some suggestions but never tried to sell us on anything. This is why we use Bel-Aire anytime we have an issue

Excellent service. Mason Swinehart was great; knew his business, very professional. A/C tune-up done thoroughly. Although he did not have the correct kind of insulation needed to wrap some outside pipes, he had another person bring him the required materials. He committed to not leaving until the job was done and it was successfully completed as we had requested. Very responsive. Highly recommended company; have had a service contract with Bel-Aire many years and will continue to do so.

Isaac is always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I request him every year for my heating and cooling inspections. He is very thorough and reports back his findings. I appreciate the great service!

Our 2 year old furnace was making a lot of loud noises. Bel Air sent Les to our house who looked over the furnace and determined that a new part is needed. He ordered it for us and assured us that our furnace will work just fine, but will be noisy. He then also gave us a quick lesson in finding things on our thermostat. Absolutely thought Les was great and will welcome him back to our home any time! Thank you!

the Bel Aire tech who serviced my A/C put me at ease within 2 minutes as the drain from the cooling coil was plugged. I was getting ready to sell plasma if it was something more serious. great guy and an asset to the company....

Tony Larson from BelAire Heating came to my house to perform a performance check-up on my HVAC system. Tony was polite, professional, and seemed very trustworthy. He worked quickly and efficiently, explained what he was doing and why, and provided recommendations. My current furnace and A/C are over 15 years old, and while functioning, I decided it would be advantageous to consider replacement now rather than when it failed. Tony was very forthcoming about all of my options, explained what he was using at his own home, and set-up an appointment for a sales visit later this week. I was extremely pleased and impressed with Tony, and highly recommend he and BelAire. The cost of the tune-up was a very good value and I look forward to discussing system replacement options with their sales person.

Outstanding repair service from Tony! Furnace went out during coldest night of the year. Called the emergency number at 2am. Tony came out a few hours later and within a few minutes had the needed part replaced and furnace up and running. Thank you. A++++

Have had only great experiences with Bel-Aire. Our technician, Logan, is very good with communication the day of service and goes above and beyond to take care of us. We have had some strange issues with our AC during the summer and Logan really did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. I appreciate how they look for ways to improve our system and keep it running well instead of just giving the bare minimum in service. He is always transparent about the cost of any service or part before moving forward. I highly recommend and also want to make sure Logan has a shout out as he provides great service and really explains everything going on with our system well.

Don arrived on time and imediately started to work. He polite and efficient and answered my questions as best he could. He appeared very knowledgeable and completed his respponsibility.

Tim Gross was my service technician, and he did a wonderful job! Shoes were removed, he was very thorough and professional, and explained every step of the way. Did a very thorough job!

Jayden was professional and hard working. We were having a problem with our thermostat and he understood the problem and was able to fix it. He worked on the outside unit for the Air Conditioner and he did a good job of telling me what he was doing.
