used their services in 12-27-24. my Bryant furnace inducer motor broke. mechanic came out, told me i was correct about the inducer (it diagnostic flashes so it wasn't rocket science). he tells me it will cost 1200 dollars to replace. i thought that was extreme considering the part is like 175 online and it took him like an hour. he tells me i wouldn't get the right part and only mechanics can get the part for the price... we were in the middle of a huge winter front and temps were dropping to the single digits, and felt a bit coerced via environmental implications to just get my furnace fixed even though i had to dip into savings to do so.

flash forward to this last Monday (12-29-25). its midnight and i hear a scrapping coming from my vents... a noise i was familiar with, but baffled that i could potentially hear it. i went to my furnace, checked diagnostic and took off the inducer... the NON OEM part my mechanic decided to get me, was broken in the interior. the spindle shaft where the fan connects to the central point, was completely cracked shattered and separated from the rest of the inducer fan component. we don't run our heat crazy, we stay low and turn it off when not used, and we do our routine maintenance for it

i call up westshore and they just circle jerk. telling me nothing can be done, the part's warranty was only good for a year and the service work only good for 90 days... i am out 1200 for less than5 months of use on a inducer motor... this is unacceptable from a service. it also seems a bit like a scheme when defective non oems are used. Westshore taught me a very good lesson, one that i will spend time sharing with others around me.

btw, i found the part on amazon for 186, got it next day, and i installed it in 30 mins. my Bryant furnace is running smooth now. i will forever be repairing my own appliances from now on, or be extremely cautious of services, no matter how many rated star's they have. lack of community value is shameful and it catches up eventually.

***prime example, look at this response to my review? nothing but excuses and gaslighting as to why they couldnt facilitate a good job when they came out to my site. 5 months of use on a brand new inducer motor, literally 2-3 days over the year since they installed (also noticed the agent that came out didnt even silicone this thing in, mustve been an extra cost thing?). flippantly says they cant sell wholesale parts, but the math doesnt math, i understand they cant sell me wholesale, they have to make a value. but we have to ask, at what point are we trying to extrapolate a value at? at this point they had to extrapolate a value, that inherently will hurt their reputation, they can choose to facilitate customers how they see fit, and it seems he was more interested in writing me a passive aggressive response with flagrant excuses on my review, than actually care about the service quality they put out. ***

so lets math together real quick here since you made yourself visible. a 185 wholesale part (if i can get it that price i can only assume someone with a mechanical license can get it that price or cheaper), + and hour of work. lets say you 200% mark up like most do (370) so his work rate and then what ever goes directly to the entity was 830? thats wild for a residential call that required such minimal effort. i would know, i did the exact same work this time around in even less time. but your right, there was nothing you can do, which just simply reasserts my aforementioned closing statement, that westshore taught me a very good lesson, one that i will go on teaching others from now on.
thank you for demonstrating why we need stronger right to repair laws, and mechanic co ops that help in the communities they live in without attempting to plunder and pillage the people in that community.

I called for a plumber to repair a badly dripping outdoor faucet and was informed CSR was already on the way. They got right to work and completed the task without any problems. I was thrilled to have these outdoor faucets working again. Thanks so much guys

Terrible driving

Whoever drove truck number 320 on 4/23/25 drives very dangerously. Tailgating and going 90+ mph. Watched them weave in and out of traffic.

Very helpful, they came out in the midst of a cold snap and got my geothermal unit running well.

Had a couple great experiences with this company. We worked with Mike and he was very professional and really knew his stuff. Our air conditioner went out last summer and he stopped over to look at it and just so happened to have the exact part we needed right on his truck with him. Thank God because it was a hot day that day.
We also had our water heater go out recently and ended up having to replace it, and he had it done the next day for us. Mike is very knowledgeable and super talented at his work. He is going to be doing some upgrades to our condo for us hopefully here in the near future. Very trustworthy and honest guy. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would most definitely.
