I can’t say enough good things about David Batt’s professionalism, honesty, and service! I also can’t thank you enough for getting me last minute today when outside air temps were 96 and my inside air temperature was 86! David found a mouse had built a nest in my system over the winter, and chewed up the wiring in my outside unit. He saved what he could and replaced the rest, communicating what he was doing through every step. What a great company and person! Would recommend to anyone!

Quick action to have someone come out! When the fix didn't quite take and there was still an issue, I called them after hours and an employee called me back at 8:00 pm to check in on me. They scheduled another visit the first thing the next day. He installed a new thermostat that I had just bought and that seemed to solve the additional problem. Both people involved were extremely helpful and got the job done. Friendly and great work! I always trust GR Metro.

I cannot thank GR Metro and specifically my tech David enough. My furnace died right before a cold snap, he was able to show me a very serious issue with my furnace in a clear and concise way. His ability to educate me on the severity of this situation may have saved me from CO poisoning. I am extremely grateful.

Afterwards GR Metro promptly sent someone out to quote me on a new furnace and their quote was extremely competitive compared to the others I had received. The installation was done quickly and it look and is operating great. Every single person I talked to at GR Metro during this experience was kind and great to work with. I recommend them highly!

My experience was great when I needed a new furnace in December 2024. Talon did an awesome job making me feel comfortable about making this big purchase without any pressure. He took the time to explain all my options and helped me make a decision which gave me the most effectient unit at the best price. Meeting with him wasn't like talking to a salesman but more like weighing options with a friend. The install team was also professional and completed the job and clean up in a timely manner. They even upgraded some other drainage pipes with the extra supplies they had. I would recommend them everytime!

Charlie and Dwight and the whole company went out of there way and above and beyond anything that I could have ever expected. From working with my budget and standing behind the work and the issues that they find. They brought out space heaters and were able to get the furnace installed as soon as possible. Also did a great job with cleaning up the mess that goes along with the installation. All of them were over great with my loud noisy dogs to.

Talon was incredible to work with. He was incredibly helpful with tips on ways to improve efficiency, even on other components within my system I wasn’t upgrading at the time. He was personable, respectful, and knowledgeable, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to receive a quote from.

Our water heater died and Andrew was out to take a look the same morning. He diagnosed what needed to get done, shared the options, including a very affordable service program that gave us 10% off the water heater and install. Adam and helper came and installed the new water heater and gave a thorough explanation of what they did and why. Additionally he explained what to expect going forward with the service program. I am very satisfied and now have a partner in GRMetro going forward!

I bought a house in Grandville with a new central air system and furnace installed by GR Metro. Unfortunately it was installed in the winter and was never tested. After discovering it was not running properly I called GRmetro to inform them of the issue and I asked if the system was under warranty. This was a complicated issue because it was installed before I owned the home. Long story short it turned into a large repair job with over 16 hours of work by multiple techs. GRmetro didn't charge me a dime and got it fixed rather quickly. They installed a new compressor, capacitor and new lines. They stood by their work and made sure my home is cooling properly. Great people and company. I highly recommend.

We had a no-AC situation in the summer heat and GR Metro did quite well by us. I was calling around near close of business Monday evening and they were able to get a tech out Tuesday morning! - so, very good for availability in an emergency. There was a small delay as the job before ours went long, and the company was very proactive in keeping in contact with the tech's status and revised ETA. Charlie was a consummate professional. Courteous and knowledgeable, and both he (the tech) and the company were willing to accommodate special needs (a family member is immunocompromised and they were perfectly willing to let the tech know to bring a mask - which he brought and wore - thank you for valuing our health and well-being Charlie - some other companies have NOT been willing to extend that courtesy). Charlie was fast and skilled at both the diagnostics and repair. We needed a replacement motor which no one could locate an exact part (no longer manufactured) but GR Metro still managed to source a compatible replacement motor, get the part, and have it installed SAME DAY - no scheduling a second visit, no waiting a week without AC in the summer heat. An hour or so to get the part, one more to get it properly installed and our AC back up and running smooth. Pricing was reasonable and their flat-fee system is very fair to the customer. Neither Charlie nor Kate (who took my initial call) attempted any upsell tactics or pressure to replace our system. There was NO arguing about "no, I want to repair it for the lower price, not spend $10,000 to buy a new system from you". I could not be more satisfied with their speed or quality. The cost was perfectly reasonable, ESPECIALLY having everything fixed withing 24 hours of my call. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We had an excellent experience with GR Metro! We were looking for a new HVAC provider, and we have definitely found it! Calling to schedule was a great experience— friendly and helpful! Technician David was friendly, capable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and to answer questions. We never felt rushed or pressured. We also received excellent communication from everyone throughout. We will be sticking with GR Metro and feel confident recommending them!!

Just had David and Nate out to diagnose my furnace. The results were bad but the service so far has been great. Informative, friendly, prompt!!! They squeezed me in this evening and will be out tomorrow to install.

Our furnace died and GRMetro had a technician to our home within and hour of hanging up with the receptionist. We ended up needing replace our furnace and bundled A/C and tankless water heater which were all installed the next day. They left us with space heaters to get us through the night. I camnot say enough nice things about the people, the customer service and the overall experience. Thank you GRMetro team!

GRmetro saved the day and earned a new customer for life! My almost 20 year old furnace was starting to fail. I had three service calls to the other company I'd been using within a two week time frame. I'd been without heat, hundreds of dollars in repairs and it had come to replacement time. The company I'd been using couldn't install a new furnace for 2-3 days! I needed another option...... I could go on and on about my disappointment in the other company. How they treated me after 10+ years as a customer, blah blah, blah..... This is about GRmetro and how they truly delivered what ever customer wants.....a company that excels at what they do, when it really counts, with a customer centric focus. My initial phone call was answered by a real person with great knowledge and confidence in her services and crew. She had every confidence that she could have someone out to assess, quote, and could install within the day! What? A company that actually focuses on solving the problem quickly? Can this be real? Yup!! Had a gentleman arrive at my house to assess and quote the furnace issue/replacement..... with space heaters in hand because he knew I had been without heat overnight ..... within an hour. Wow! Furnace replacement is not an inexpensive commitment, but the price was incredible fair, competitive, and the crew could install later in the afternoon! Shamon arrived a couple hours later, and he got started.......such a pro. This is the guy you want working on your furnace. Incredibly knowledgeable in his trade, confident in what he was doing, and very respectful. His colleague Charlie stopped by to help with the heavy lifting and Shamon finished up the install. He did the install with a waterproof basin, brought everything up to code, installed a new thermostat I had purchased and then gave me a guided tour of everything when he was done. Everything about working with the folks at GRMetro has been fantastic. Friendly, efficient, and (amazingly) prompt service, excellent communication with everyone involved, patient and thorough explanations (including answers to questions, reviewing options, and educating you on your systems), attention to detail and care for the rest of the house while doing the work, and willing to slow down and do what is necessary to do the job right. We first called on them to replace our dying hot water heater--in our case a somewhat more complicated and inconvenient job than usual. We decided to become "members" for their regular maintenance service and we now have them replacing our dying 25 year old furnace and fixing some other issues as I write this. I highly recommend GRMetro.
