This has been an incredibly good experience. James technical knowledge is unsurpassed. He explained each step of his analysis of the parts of the furnace he examined, as well as other insights of the furnace structure and proper installation and previous repair work done by another company. He was able to offer his observations w/o disparaging the other company.

I am also very pleased with the integrity revealed with the operation from my initial call to the office, then to James coming to do the necessary repair.

In addition, his personality made the experience holistic coupled with his technical knowledge.He saved me money by gently offering a program I could have membership in that will result in monetary savings.

My other company went out of business. I will always be grateful for my opportunity to have this totally positive beginning of this relationship. Even my initial contact with Christina was indicative of this company with how nicely she handled and responded to my furnace needing repair.

Graphics home service just installed our new furnace and central air conditioner. The crew showed up this morning and worked steady thru out the day and completed the job. Everything was done professionally and looks good. We are sure we will stay warm and enjoy our new equipment. Thank you to there entire staff for their support and courtesy. Got to meet some honest and great humans for a change, no high pressure sales or rude workers. It was a pleasure to have you in our home and will highly recommend them to anyone . Thanks again .

Lost power in two rooms in the house. Grapids got me scheduled quickly and do some issues got me rescheduled quickly. Evan was very nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to fix it as fast and for a reasonable price. He was very respectful and put everything he got out back and was like he was never here.

If you are looking for this strange concept as “honesty” you definitely made the correct choice!!! James a technician with Grapids is a very knowledgeable tech that really knows his stuff. His and the company Grapids was a pleasure to work with. I had some issues with the furnace and James repaired it and got it up and running in no time. Thank you for your professionalism and most of all honesty!!!!!

Brandon was awesome and I would have just hung out talked with him all day if he didn't have to go. Very considerate and easy to talk to. He was realistic and transparent about possible issues and kept me up on what he was doing. He also solved our issue, but I'm more enthused to leave a review about Brandon in particular. He was fantastic.

I wish I could remember the names of the phone service team I spoke to, but they were extremely pleasant to speak with as well. I'm still sorry I asked one woman if she was an AI, I swear it was just because her tone was so measured and clear! Thanks for laughing about it with me.

Absolutely fantastic from the minute they walked in the door. James was very polite and friendly. Had a great conversation while troubleshooting my igloo like home. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. Greg did an amazing job helping me with the financial factors and made the expense seem less stressful. Went above and beyond to fix what could have been a not so good situation. And both of the young gentleman who did the actual installation were courteous, professional, and explained my new unit thoroughly. I am beyond satisfied with EVERYONE who helped me out with the not so great situation. Thankful to all of them and thrilled to have heat again. I'll definitely call them for anything else I need in the future. I'll definitely be recommending them. A huge thank you to Grapids and the outstanding employees.

David did a wonderful job, he explained everything he was doing well and we understood what he was doing. There was a couple problems going on and he resolved all of them. He was tidy with his stuff and wore those things on your feet to keep dirt and mud off our floors from outside. Highly recommended.

Charlie came earlier than the time frame, which was great! He gave me a free estimate and was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Later in the day Adam and Sam came to install the water heater. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my questions and took lots of time with me to explain everything. What a crew! Clean up was perfect, booties were worn, rugs were laid down for floor protection, and they brought a vacuum. I highly recommend this team!

David & Nathan were extremely knowledgeable and curteous. Explained the process and parts and service performed. Highly recommend service from GR metro heating and cooling company.

Dwight was great! Funny, entertaining but most importantly very knowledgeable and patient when educating about the process of installing a new furnace and air conditioning. He goes above and beyond!

Technicians showed up on time and completed work in expected time window. They were both kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend GR Metro to anyone needing heating and cooling work done. They did a great job!

Another local provider cancelled on me and GR Metro came out the same day to diagnose the issue. Adam was great in explaining the issues and concerns without steering me towards a decision. I opted to replace both systems rather than continue to repair old equipment. Was ordered and Drew and Juan came a few days later. I was able to leave for work and came home mid-afternoon to a spotless install and they did an amazing job. Adam was in the area and stopped by to check in to make sure I was satisfied. I can’t recommend them enough, I won’t be calling anyone else going forward!

We had Charlie out early this summer for a band-aid fix for our A/C to get us through... we had a party the next day and he gave us all the options, but we opted for the quick repair and were happy for as long as we needed it

... fast-forward to this fall. Andrew did our inspection and found a safety concern with our furnace (we had just moved in and knew our system was 20+ years old) and was able to get us moving on a needed replacement for the next day. He showed me the obvious failure and it was clearly unsafe.

Dwight came out that same day and quoted several options, we opted to replace our A/C, Furnace, and Water Heater at the same time for labor and convenience...

Everyone I've worked with (Charlie, Kate, Andrew, Dwight, Adam, and Drew) has been great, communicated clearly, and are who we'll be using for the foreseeable future

I didn't even realize Dwight was the owner and it seems to be a family affair with some employees who (I'm inferring) are treated well and it shows. Everyone has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and clear with expectations.

From what I gather... they're not the least-expensive option, but certainly not the most, and their quality, warranties, and service makes it so that gathering a bunch of quotes from other companies who will be similarly priced seemed unnecessary

They are the best! They replaced our old furnace and AC for a very reasonable price and the house no longer has unevenly heated/cooled spots. Our energy bills are lower. The checkups are very helpful to make sure everything is working like it should. I’m really impressed with them and would definitely use them again.

What a great experience with a knowledgeable company. We haven’t even decided a yes or no with GRmetro, but having Charlie was fabulous. He came in asking the right kind of questions, checked the furnace and ac unit, diagnosed what was going on and gave an in home quote.
The call center staff was very kind and friendly as well when we scheduled an estimate.

We did hire GR metro heating and cooling. Drew and Juan were in and out with a new furnace within 6 hours. Heat and ac work great now!

Andrew was great! He diagnosed the problem efficiently and even showed me where in my furnace a cable had shorted. Although it took a while for him to get the new parts, their office communicated with me and kept me posted the whole time. Will def be using in the future

I had such a great experience with GRmetro. I had Charlie come out to inspect my furnace and quote me. He was so patient with all of my questions. Then, Adam came out a week later to install my new furnace and humidifier. Adam was absolutely phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and after completion, he walked me through everything. He explained how to change my filter, proper thermostat knowledge, and more. He even asked about my work schedule to ensure he was respectful with noise. Could not recommend a better company!

Most excellent. Adam replaced our furnace humidifier. It was a tight space to work in. Adam was innovative and forward-thinking in his approach to the mini-challenge. He was very well pleased with his work which gave me comfort and confidence in the result, too. He, likewise, answered my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend and will direct others to GR Metro. I am happy to support small business on the Westside!
