Chello was everything we expected and more. He did a great job at a reasonable price. He will be our first call the next time we are in need.

I would recommend this business to everyone I know. Chello is a young man that knows what he's doing. Installed a new felt band in back of the dryer drum and a new rubber bellow in the washer. Cleaned everything as he went along. Prompt, professional and great personality. 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Chello was great to deal with. He arrived on time, was thorough in his diagnosis, and solved the problem. It was an unusual problem, but he figured it out and got my dryer working. The price was very reasonable. I would use him again if the need arises and I would recommend him without any hesitation.

I highly recommend Toro’s. Chello came out to our home in Spring Lake on very short notice on a Sunday. He was professional and a great communicator and diagnosed our problem very quickly. Due to warranty requirements, LG required that we use their repair person. I would call Toro’s again without hesitation!

We used Toro's to repair our refrigerator and the service was excellent! Marchello was able to identify the problem before he even arrived based on my description of the issue. He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed our refrigerator quickly. Also, his prices seemed very reasonable.

Definitely recommend Toros. After calling to request service for a Dryer repair, I had a technician (Chello) to my home within the hour. Chello diagnosed and made necessary repairs quickly. Chello was very friendly and cleaned up once repairs were finished.

We are new to the Grand Rapids area and a neighbor recommended Bel-Aire. I used them last fall for the heat and had them return this spring for the A/C. I am very happy with the service I received both times. Mason called to confirm his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He was very friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions. He worked efficiently and like a scout, left not a trace!

My experience with Bel-Aire was excellent. John Rose was responsive and quoted a top-of-the-line heat pump and natural gas furnace from Lennox, which is what I wanted. Kyle and Gage completed the install of the entire system and did a great job. They completed the work within the quoted timeframe. The new system is working great.

We have had the absolute greatest experience with bel-aire. Chris was an amazing salesman that helped us out with a new furnace, AC and ducts, after a very bad experience with another company back in November. We then had a small issue with our AC recently- called Friday after hours, they got back to us Saturday morning and literally had someone at our house within a half an hour. Everyone we have worked with has been so genuinely friendly and helpful. We feel so lucky that we found this company!!!

The representative Les came out to do an emergency check on my furnace. Found that I also was in need of a water heater replacement.
