The Technicians are great and do fantastic work. My frustration is with the staff resposnible for quoting and client follow up. It took 3 days to repair our commercial a/c unit due to lack of care and concern by the internal people respsonsible for quoting and scheduling. I'm still very disappointed! The unit was finally repaired. No real resolve occured reguarding my frustration, after several emails back and forth with the Internal Ops Manager, other than me learning that she is right and I am wrong. Great customer service is very important to me! After several years of working with Pleune, I've decided to move on to another HVAC provider.

I’ve used their services years ago and though their worker was great at that time, I have noticed recently there’s an employee which drives in the Ravenna area regularly and I have witnessed multiple times they’ve sped excessively in school zones, road raged at drivers and just shown their back side in general...just a bunch of trash people employed with this company! If you can’t control one employee you can’t control any, I would use a pile of matches in a pan to heat my home before I used them...it’s scary to know trash repairs furnaces!

Pleune has been very quick to respond in any situation for my company. Curtis is a great technician, Kyle is a great account rep and service is always quick to get back with me on a plan to get someone out here. Thank you to your team!

We called Moore Mechanical to fix a frost free hydrant and they were able to get it scheduled right away. They were very professional, polite and got the job done quickly. We highly recommend the company and have used them previously for other jobs.

In the late fall of 2021 we were able to switch over from propane to natural gas. We made the decision to replace rather than convert our hot water heater and furnace. With the furnace we replaced the AC. We purchased these items from Moore Mechanical and hired them to install them. The workers were pleasant and went about their business quietly. They were very considerate of the special circumstances involving my wife's 99 year old father living with us. They even loaned us a heater to use for him during the time between the two furnaces. We have not had a bit of trouble with the units they put in. We especially love the heat produced by the new furnace. Everything works great! All during the process which included hooking up to the new gas lines the company kept communicating with us. The whole job was completed in very reasonable time. Would definitely recommend Moore Mechanical.

I recently had my AC and furnace replaced by Tony and I believe Jake. Both were very respectful and kind. They were on time and remained focused on their work until it was completed. My home is small and uniquely situated, which makes it less than ideal to work with and difficult to maneuver, but they took their time and patiently figured everything out. I’ve been able to enjoy my cool home in the summer heat for the first time in years and I’m extremely grateful!

Moore Mechanical came to take care of a septic/plumbing emergency and they were great! So knowledgeable and helpful. We are grateful for the way they helped us out.
We would highly recommend them.

Tony and Jake were very professional and friendly. They got the job done very efficiently. When either my husband or me had questions about the furnace they explained it so that we would understand and didn't use a lot of technical language. I would recommend them to my friends and family!

Had a waterline going to my toilet developed a pretty good leak. You had a employee in in less then 2hrs.he also told me how to shut the water off so it would stop leaking. He fixed the problem and was professional and friendly.

One of the worst communication experiences I have ever had with this company. Multiple instances of ghosting for several months and strong lack or transparency. Completely disappointed with how they conduct business. I will not ever work with them again.

Purchase and installation of a water heater and humidifier went smoothly and quickly. Installers were great and cleaned up their mess before leaving. I’ve used Moore previously and they always answer the phone and do the work on time — unlike other contractors I’ve used in the past.

Everything was fine except the cost! I thought it was pretty outrageous actually. $564.00 to replace a T above my furnace. The two guys that came said they had to replace a long pipe too. After they left I thought, wait a minute, I never saw them being in any pipes at all!! Cuz they didn’t!! Please check into this and let me know what exactly they did!

Moore Mechanical contacted me back almost immediately! The office staff was friendly. Jake was friendly, prompt and solved our plumbing isssue quickly. I will definitely call them again if need be.

Troubleshooting a Raypac heat pump used for swimming pool heat.
Diagnosed the issue, ordered the replacement part from Raypac. Once part is received, they will be back to repair and replace the fail pressure switch.

I had an emergency and they were able to get to me in less than 3 hours. Dustin did a great job with a pretty serious problem. He was kind, professional, and was done in less than an hour. Would highly recommend.

Tony/Antonio was incredibly kind, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his investigation of our a/c problem, he was able to replace the bad capacitor immediately, and he showed me the old capacitor and explained everything very thoroughly. He was also patient, and waited to make absolutely sure our system was working properly before leaving. I will ABSOLUTELY use Moore Mechanical in the future, and will request Tony!!! 😃

I have been a Moore Mechanical for several years and I have never been dissappointed. Service persons and office staff are knowledgeable and polite. Appointments are on time.The couple of times that there was going to be a delay, I was notified on a timely fashion and able to reschedule the appt for my needs and convenience. The work that was done was top notch. I have routine maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner yearly and am very pleased with this service.

The technician was very polite and accurate with what he was doing and explained what’s going on with our furnace. We will use you again and recommend you to anybody. We know that have furnace problems. Thank you.

Jason came back today to check out a problem with my boiler that he had fixed about three weeks ago.
I Called this morning and said I thought it was the same thing, but now no heat in one zone.
Moore Mechanical made it a call back.
No charge!
Jason was awesome. Fixed it.
Here for at least two hours.
