I had great service from Pro Tech. The service techs, Jacob and Wes, were courteous and professional and took care of the problem quickly. They answered all our questions.

Today I had a furnace tune up. Again, top notch customer service from the person who i talked to on the phone and from the tech Adam. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with very useful information.

I just had my furnace serviced by Adam and it was a great experience. Adam was very thorough when explaining what makes the furnace run efficiently and how to keep the system healthy. I would definitely recommend Pro Tech for all HVAC needs.

Good, quick service all around and the service guy was friendly, professional and walked me through exactly what was wrong with the furnace and why it was the correct diagnosis. Expensive repair but that’s what I expect when they have to come out the night before a Holiday, after hours. Thankful to have help available at all hours and times.

We got our ducts cleaned and I notice a great difference! The vents are clean, it doesn’t smell when we turn the heat on, and they took their time making sure they got everything. I also appreciate that they called me before working to make sure I was okay with the price since it was different from the quote.

Jacob was great. Listen to any concerns I had before the tune up so he could look out for issues. Very through with his final findings and gave suggestions to heat the house better in the winter and be more efficient.

I was in a slight bind with a deadline fast approaching, needing some duct work changes prior to our drywall company coming the following week. David showed up, walked me through everything I would need to have done in our basement and had a quote emailed to me within an hour. I was expecting the cost to be more than I had budgeted for and I was shocked at how reasonable it was. They had the work completed the same week and handled the inspection setup as well. my Pro Tech guy, Wes, was friendly and professional. He tuned my boiler up to its full 80% efficiency and told me everything I needed to know. highly recommend.

I woke up on Saturday to no heat. I left a message and the on call office person called me back within 30 minutes. She had a tech at my house within 90 minutes. Russ, the tech, spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and explained everything to me with his recommendations. He did the necessary repairs and got everything going again. I highly recommend Pro-Tech and Russ.

First time using Pro-Tech and was highly impressed with Adam. He showed me with a video scope where the furnace was broken and explained the problem to me fully. Offered space heaters when the part wasn’t available until the following day. Gave me tips on how to set the temperature when lowering at night and the best range of filter to use. He even remembered my pets name when he came back the following day. Highly recommend this company

Unfortunately our furnace went out at a really bad time, but luckily we found Pro Tech and had an amazing experience from the diagnosis, to the eventual installation of our new unit. Justin Montgomery was incredible about going over our different options without feeling pushy or “salesy”. Highly recommend their services.

We have used ProTech for several years, for a new furnace and maintanice in Fall and Spring. They are always fair priced, honest, professional. This review is specifically for Adam who conducted our Fall maintance last week. Adam is very polite, professional and he wants you to understand what he is doing. Also gave us tips on how to run our furnace and AC unit so they perform more efficiently and a longer life. We will never use anyone else.

Excellent experience so far. Install crew was friendly and professional. Install was quick and appears to be highest quality. Love My new HVAC system. Heats evenly and so much quieter than my old system. Would not hesitate to recommend.

QUICK Service. This is how great local business can be. Had an issue with Furnace (No hot air) called in the morning and they had someone there same day. Extremely friendly and helpful office staff and communication outstanding. Wes came out and filled me (Furnace Toast) and David came out the next morning and quoted me a few options. Great service all the way around. Service call was very reasonable and very helpful staff across the board.
