He was honest about the repairs that I needed and thankfully I didn't need to replace the whole furnace like I had thought. Thank You so much for your help today!! My tech was Jacob and he showed up On time and was very polite. He also went above and beyond and took the time to explain everything. He was doing very well and didn’t try to sell me any services that I didn’t. Five star service seems like a great company. Definitely recommend.

1-1/2 yrs ago Pro-Tech engineered and installed a high-efficiency heat pump, whole-house ducting, and air-handler in our home. Every room now has heating and cooling (all electric)!

We just had a complicated outage and they were on the spot (on a Sat!) and made sure our family was comfortable throughout resolution. We're very thankful to have Pro-Tech in our corner!

I don't usually do reviews, but I just have to let others know that Pro-Tech is such an awesome company!! They came right out late on Friday night, found two cracks in the heat exchanger, went above and beyond...leaving 2 heaters for our tenant to use! They are so knowledgeable, easy to work with, trustworthy, professional, and did such a fantastic job from start to finish! We have used them for years, and they are definitely the only heating company we ever call. Can't thank you enough Andy, David, Trevor and Kevin...you are all so amazing!

Amazing company. I work with trades company’s all the time. Jacob, their technician, has to be one of the most communicative, friendliest, and efficient I have ever met. Very aware of cleaning up after himself and went the extra mile to make sure everything was more than perfect. Thanks for your help Jacob! The company is luck to have you on their team.

This was my first time having their company come out and honestly hearing of them. Not many companies offer servicing on Mobile Home furnaces these days. From the first call with Megan, who was very detail oriented and compassionate to my situation to get a tech out asap, who then sent Adam out to work the job was exceptional. I was told from the prior company I use that my furnace would need to be replaced as it is older. I had been without heat warmer than 50 degrees for almost 3 weeks. Adam allowed me to gain knowledge along side him about my unit in my home, he was kind, knowledgeable, and quick to repair the issue. He really is a great representative for this company!

Awesome experience with Pro-Tech. Our water heater went out and they were very quick to get a service tech out and assess our problem. We ended up replacing the water heater with them because of their ability to get it done quickly and at a fair price. The end result was a professional install. I highly recommend them.

Adam was super great and ProTech was very communicative per usual. My heat had been out for a couple days and although they had initially told me Monday for an appt, they were able to squeeze me in last minute on Friday so I didn’t have to go the whole weekend. Adam was very thorough in his explanations and options, and allowed me to take my time with decisions. He was empathetic with my financial situation, breaking down options on what was necessary vs could potentially wait He was also very quick to identify the issues with my furnace— he was able to grab parts from his truck to fix things up same day. He was in and out within an hour. ProTech installed my AC (in my 1920s) home earlier this year and I’ve had a great experience with them all around.

This company was awesome. My furnace went out in the middle of the night, of course in the winter. I called Pro-Tech about 9:00 in the morning. They were able to get me an appointment that afternoon sometime between 12:00 and 4:00. .... the technician Jacob was awesome. He ended up arriving around 2:30. He was professional, kind, informative. He fixed the problem and got our heat back on! I would absolutely use this company. Their rates are pretty much the same as everyone else... Expensive... But that's the world we live in. This company is awesome. Jacob was so wonderful!. I will definitely be using this company from now on and I will absolutely request him to be the tech because he was so great. He took the time at the end to talk to me about the filters I had bought. And told me about an amazing program DTE does every 2 years to have your furnace serviced free. He knew the answer to every question I asked. He made the experience great!

Pro Tech Heating and Cooling are an amazing team, through and through. From calling with kindness and efficiency team work. The gentlemen that come in for furnace inspection are well educated and share that knowledge making easier to comprehend the basics. As well educated me on how to save heating cost and why potential damage may have caused the exchangers to crack. The team literally saving my home and self. Matt , Jake, Hayden did a awesome job. Went far beyong the call of duty. Actually noticed what the past company errors and fixing that. Pro Tech is Professional all the way , safty first and compassion towards the health of others well being. The gentleman that did the bid as well will not go unnoticed. He put my mind to ease . All gentlemen were kind , professionally educational and compassion towards my safty . The install of new furnace was efficient as well as they cleaned up. The men did not complain about wearing mask in my home due to my health condition. Going that extra mile for the me , made all the difference . Pro Tech saved my life , had the crack in the exchanger gone unnoticed , I just may have not been here today to write the review. To the woman who took my calls , thank you too! Your kindness really made my days brighter . Thank you all a trillion times to the moon and back and trillion times more . A trillion stars as I bow in grace to you all , thank you.

Wes performed a DTE inspection of my furnace and made an adjustment to increase the efficiency. He also provided suggestions for further improvements. He was professional, courteous and answered all my questions with clarity and detail. I was already impressed with a prior impromptu meeting I had with Andy Purvins and then David Mellema and knew that ProTech Heating & Cooling was a great service company and Wes with his great attitude reinforced my impression. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Very happy with the work performed. David who came out to do the quote was very helpful and informative on our system and what would best help us achieve what we were looking for without pressure or trying to sell us what we didnt need. The install tech crew of Kevin and Jake did a great job as well helping me understand the system and making sure i was pleased with the work they performed. All great guys! There was a fourth guy, sorry I don't recall your name when you came out with David, but thanks as well for your expertise. Would recommend this company and will be using them again in future when basement gets finished.

I met Jacob today as my furnace tech.
Very professional, friendly. Extremely knowledgeable. Went above and beyond taking care and making sure everything was perfect.
He became an instant friend.
I would recommend him and Protech heating and cooling to everyone who needs a great furnace service.

Russ, the service technician who came out to fix our garage heater, was fantastic! He was very thorough and did a great job with the diagnosis and repair. We appreciated how friendly he was and that he was completely upfront about all costs before any work was completed. The office staff was also excellent, keeping us informed about his arrival time so we could be prepared. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Trevor and Jonathan came out today to install a new furnace. They did a great job and were very professional and knowledgeable.
All of the techs and office staff we’ve dealt with while being a part of their membership program have been great to work with. Would definitely recommend Pro-Tech.

Honest, excellent and fast!
I sent a message to them late at night, the next morning they responded and ended up getting me booked right away! Fixed my heat within an hour and the pricing is more than fair, but affordable! Absolutely will continue to contact them in the future!
I'll add, their tech was great with my very curious 3 year old constantly trying to watch 😅

Very responsive. Came out within 1 hour during evening hours. Highly appreciated. $200 service call is high but understandable at 8pm. $140/ 10 min labor, wiping the flame sensor is high ($340). It could have been a 5* experience at a more reasonable cost. Jacob was polite and friendly.

Jacob P from Pro Tech Heating and Cooling performed my furnace tune-up today and showed me before and after photos of the igniter and blower which both definitely needed to be cleaned. He is very customer friendly and did a great job communicating why it is important that I consider the Energy Saving Performance Agreement for my AC and Furnace for the discount benefits as well as to secure proof of service for my AC Warranty. I have found all the Pro Tech service employees to be very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jacob.

We were blessed to get a new furnace installed by Pro-Tech! The technicians arrived on time and were very friendly. Big shout out to Scott, Kevin, Jake, Matt and Russ, on call tech. They did a great job installing the unit and answering any questions I had. Very respectful of our property too! Thanks guys for a great install! 👍🏾

PS. I don’t particularly care for the way the unit will heat the house then cold air literally blows out after it reaches that temperature. It’s winter and we are freezing upstairs because it only heats the first floor. 🤷🏽‍♀️🥶

These guys are great! The day purchased my maintenance contract (solid deal, comparatively), a tech was scheduled to come out the next day. Jacob was his name, super-knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about optimal use of my HVAC. Highly recommended. Jacob is the best!!

Pro-Tech was called for a furnace checkup on 20+ year old system. Upon arrival and inspection, the furnace was deemed unsafe, as the heat exchanger was leaking carbon monoxide into the home. Pro-Tech was quick to explain and address the issues, present a quote, discuss my needs and provide options. Install was quickly scheduled due the safety concerns of the existing furnace and cold weather, install went smoothly and was completed in a day with revisions to my existing system for efficiency. I would HIGHLY recommend Pro-Tech for any HVAC needs! Thank you Andy - your crew did an outstanding job meeting my needs and safety concerns!
