Called Pro Tech to see if they could assist in my one off situation with getting a hot water heater in my basement, it’s an old farm house that was built back in 1880 and was told by another company that I will have to go to a tankless water heater setup which is 5k more. David from Pro Tech came out and assessed the situation and took measurements and confidently told me that he has full faith that they could make it happen and they did. Within a few days Techs Matt and Zach who were both very professional came out along with David and they got the new one in and drained and removed the old one with assistance from another tech that also came out to help with the removal. Zach stayed behind and also installed a new dryer vent for me that needed to be replaced. I just wanna thank David and the guys from ProTech for the hard work and professional they displayed and for saving me thousands of dollars, you have a lifetime customer!

I needed replacement of a 25+ year old failing furnace and AC and couldn't be happier with Jeff and his team at Jacobson. From providing me details of the options I had, to the installation and set up I can't say I was displeased with any of it. Installation and activation was relatively quick and they remained professional throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacobson heating and cooling!

Our furnace went out on a Friday, and Jacobson came by the same day we called for a service call, and then for the estimate for a new furnace. They installed it on Monday. So quick, professional and walk you through the rebate process to make sure you maximize your savings. A+. Install Crew Tim and Ross were terrific!

My family used Jacobson last year around Thanksgiving. My cousin Marial had to replace a furnace and it was last minute. They did us really good on that showed up gave a honest and fair price and he got it done. We figured after that great experience it was worth using them again so I called them yesterday. My furnace has been acting up at my own house. They gave us a show up time window today of 9 to 1130. The technician was there early. He was very punctual and friendly with my wife and he got the issue solved for a very fair price. He was also very honest. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC service work at all.

Our furnace stopped working and Jeff from Jacobson Heating and Cooling was there that same morning. Jeff was very upfront and detailed about the cost of replacing both the furnace and the air conditioner. The next day, Mike, Ryan, and Aiden came and installed the new equipment. They were professional and courteous.

I recently had a humidifier installed on the furnace. Tim and Ross did a great job and finished quicker than was estimated. Jacobson has always been an excellent company to work with, very dependable.

I had a terrible experience with a different company in town and contacted Jacobsons. They have been extremely professional and honest in their work. They provided education on my heating system and kept me involved in the process. You can definitely tell they have a lot of pride and expertise in the service they provide.

We were very pleased with Jacobson's service. Our 25 yr old furnance went out on a Thursday late at night. I called first thing on Friday morning and they came right out to inspect and found we needed a new furnace. They left us with some very much needed space heaters that got us through the weekend. Installers came in first thing on Monday and did a great professional job at a reasonable price. Our new furnance works great.

I have used Jacobson since 1997 when I had my first home. Just had the furnace and AC replaced on my current home. Excellent experience as always. Great care from the installers and pricing after rebates allowed me to go with the top of the line efficiency on both units. Highly recommended.

Jacobson replaced our 22-year-old furnace with a brand new Daikin high-efficiency unit. The sales process was easy and low-pressure. Jeff provided a great price and answered our questions. We were able to get the installation scheduled quickly due to an issue with our old furnace. Two technicians, Robert and BJ, came to our home to complete the work. They laid our mats to make sure our carpets were protected. They did the installation quickly and cleaned up everything in the furnace room when they were done. We were extremely pleased with the service and are looking forward to enjoying our first winter with a new furnace. Thanks guys!

We are very pleased with the new furnace, A/C, and water heater Jacobson's installed this week. Installers Mark and James were knowledgeable, polite, and explained install options where available. They seemed to work very well together and just came in and got er done! Very neat looking installation plus they cleaned up the work area when finished.
Service tech David stopped in the afternoon and got the A/C properly charged and blowing cold. Not the first time he's done that I'm sure!

We recently had the pleasure to work with Jacobson when our furnace needed servicing. From the girl that answers the phone to Steve who initially came to our house to the installers that installed our new furnace. When they were finished with the install they cleaned up so well you'd never know that any work was done! We had a problem with our stove having orange flames and Steve took the initiative to call around and solve that problem for us. I would highly recommend Jacobson. Their employees are all #1 in our book!

Early on a Monday morning, after 19 years of trouble-free service, our hot water heater sprung a fatal leak. I called the company that installed it, and while they could come out the next day and replace it, they couldn't give a two-hour or even a four-hour window. My wife and I had appointments that day, so I then called Jacobson, who also had previously serviced our furnace. The pleasant phone folks were indeed able to commit to a time that worked for us.

Matt and Aiden were our service crew. They were on time, installed the new Lochinvar water heater in ten minutes less than the estimated time, and left the immediate area tidy. No complaints at all.

We have had Jacobson service our address and install both furnace and air conditioning. We would not have anyone else. Everyone is very professional, from the ownership to the servicemen. Recently Ryan and Mike installed a new air conditioning. They were very friendly and informative. Took away all the old parts and cleaned up nicely. Answered any questions we had. Afterwards David came and inspected and turned the air on. We've had him before for tune-ups. He even got down and played with our dog. Very personal service. Thank you for an excellent experience. During the heat dome of 2025, our air conditioning unit ceased functioning, resulting in an indoor temperature of approximately 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I contacted Jacobsons, as their contact information was on the unit that came with the house when we purchased it a few years ago. Despite the high volume of service requests, they were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning.

Patrick, the assigned technician, demonstrated exceptional professionalism. He began by inspecting basic components such as the furnace filter and thermostat. Subsequently, he examined the capacitor, which turned out to be the source of the issue, as it was responsible for most of the calls he had received recently. Patrick kindly explained the entire repair process and allowed me to observe his work. Additionally, he provided detailed instructions on how to properly clean the air conditioning unit and shared tips to enhance cooling efficiency in the house.

After completing the repair, Patrick ensured that the unit was cooling to the proper temperature and offered a tune-up form, for which I plan to sign up this fall for both my furnace and air conditioning unit. His expertise and courteous demeanor make him highly recommendable. Should any future issues arise with the air conditioning or furnace, I intend to request Patrick's services.

Our furnace went out the morning of President's Day 2025. Dan, the service tech, was at the house within hours to access the furnace. Determination was made that the most cost effective solution was replacement. Again, within hours, Jeff stopped at the house to quote a new furnace and AC. Jeff also returned with portable electric space heaters to get us through the night.
The next morning Mark & James began removing the old and installing the new. We had heat again by early that afternoon. In the end, we were without heat for less than 36 hours. Impressive! Efficient and effective work by Team Jacobson. This is the second furnace/AC system they have installed at my home. The first system was installed back in 2003. Highly recommend Jacobson's!
