After buying our new home, it seems every season our older furnace would fail. A-1 has been there for us everytime! The service staff and techs are very professional and attentive to you as a customer. Every time we had an issue, A-1 has crushes the competition with pricing and knowlege, with little to no wait time. Life long customer here for sure.

To start I want to say I hands down 100% recommend A1 Mechanical HVAC Company, from the very start to the finish Austin from the west side was very informative and honest! When he said we would be there he always showed up early and called us 10 minutes before hand! I will be using them from now on for repairs and maintenance just because of Austin’s phenomenal service! It’s employees like him that make small businesses great!!

I want to start by saying that the technician that stopped by my house was amazing. He did a good job, he was polite, and It was quick.

My quarrel is with the company. This guy arrived at 2:00pm. and left by 2:30. He only had to replace a connector on my AC that was UNDER WARRANTY (MEANING FREE PART). They charged me 89 dollars for the trip out and 159 dollars for his 15min of his actual labor.

I've worked with other trades companies before and I have never seen a company charge OVER 300 dollars per hour for someone's labor.

I will not use this company again.

My furnace was acting up so I spoke with a rep on the phone and he was so kind, had very transparent pricing, and I said I would call around and shop prices and call them back. He called back minutes later and said he could tell we were down on our luck, that they were a Faith based business with the goal of helping people, and offered to send a guy out to diagnose our issues for us next day. Matt came out and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in minutes! He was very professional and really showed care in his work. Overall 10/10 experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I want to begin with saying the tech that came out to service my furnace was a very nice and polite individual. Did a fantastic job.

However, my issue and reason for 1 star review is because i was charged $415 dollars ($95 visit fee) for less than an hour worth of work and the damaged parts being covered under warranty. I live in a new build and the furnace is less than 3 1/2 yrs old. It feels like i was just totally ripped off. Appreciate A1 being able to come out same day service but truly unreasonable pricing to swap out an under warranty piece. My advice would be to shop around and go elsewhere
