I called for service on my unit, and I never received a call from their technicians. I tried to call 2 more times to get help before calling a more reputable company. Seems to be a poor business structure if the main office doesn't know the schedule for their technicians.

I would highly recommend Design Heating and A/C. They have years of experience and won’t try to sell you products you don’t need. The work they did was on time, neat, and very professional.

Mark (service guy) goes above and beyond to make sure the job is right. Very thorough and always follows through. Highly recommend!

My builder used this company for HVAC installation, after a year AC was not working and I was keep on calling for last 12 days and there use no response from them. I would suggest all the builder and families, don’t use this company. They doesn’t know the meaning of emergency. Still I am making calls to them due to the warranty period.

This company was used by our builder to install our HVAC system. 4 years later our AC stopped working and after a week with 3 messages left with their in person answering service and one online service request I STILL haven't heard back from them. Their website says 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. HA!

If you are looking for an HVAC company to work with, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. We have had continuous issues with our brand new furnace since moving in. Our furnace completely stopped working in the middle of the winter two times, service technicians admitted that the furnace was initially wired improperly, water line was not hooked up to humidifier, etc. Technicians have been on-site upwards of 10 times with no answers to our problems. Upon reaching out multiple times this winter with no response, I had our builder try to get ahold of them for assistance. Design told the builder to “fly a kite” and refused to offer any further assistance. We ended up using another HVAC contractor who fixed all of our issues quickly and without question.

Overall, terrible installation, terrible knowledge of their product, terrible customer service. Work with anyone else, please!

Like another review this week, our builder used this company to install our home’s HVAC system. Our AC is struggling to keep the house cool so I have left 2 messages with their answering service and completed their on line service request form. Have not heard anything from them. I would strongly recommend not using this company as they do not stand behind their work.

UPDATE: Just had my issue corrected by another HVAC contractor who quickly and correctly diagnosed and corrected the issue. New contractor stated problem was caused by improper initial install of my AC unit by Design Heating and AC and could have been found if proper testing was conducted after install. Very disappointed in Design.

The guys were amazing! They went above and beyond well after the unit was placed. They even painted an area they didn’t have to do. Spectacular service and professional team! Thank you so much !! Happy customer!

Design did excellent work on our new house,, I looked at their work right after they had ducted the whole house,, it was all straight, precise, and air tight as a drum!
They clearly take pride in their work!

Design replaced our furnace and a/c unit a few years back. Mike, the owner, gave great suggestions for us and didn’t make us feel pressured to go with him. Was experiencing a loud banging noise in our furnace room. Caleb came out and was able to diagnose the problem immediately, ordered the correct part came back in a few days and installed the correct damper. Problem solved. Caleb was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

Design changed out our Heater and AC…Caleb and his partner did an outstanding job!! They found some mold in the heat exchanger from the humidifier and they resealed the humidifier and fix the leak. I was very impressed with Design!!
