Jonathan came yesterday to re-insulate our fresh air intake and was amazing. He knew exactly what to do, got to it and cleaned up nicely. He was extra cautious about maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the project.

Francisco performed great service on my salon's mini-splits! He was professional, explained everything clearly, and left the units running like new. He even gave us an RR Lemonade to relax the rest of our day! I definitely recommend him for anyone needing maintenance or repairs.

I contacted R&R to do a tuneup on my boiler system. We went with them because they were $100 cheaper than another Heating company. From the initial phone call to Matt’s service on our unit, provided us a bid to complete the repairs. Case was the technician that came out to do the final repairs. Everything was very professional and well informed. I would recommend them highly.

Shout out to (I think this is the name but could be wrong) Crystal (dispatcher?). Crystal made it super easy to get ahold of Danny, who explained when the crews would be out and stayed pretty on top of communication. I was put in a group chat with Jesse and my landlord. Jesse was kindly receptive to a few requests we had. Namely to keep at least one front door closed at all times so the cat can not escape. This request must have been relayed well because Adrian P and Yonatan (install techs?) were respectful of the doors. As the process continued they asked before working on a room so we could move stuff to keep it from getting wall dust. They also brought some plastic stuff to cover the furniture. These things are always dusty but it was as seamless as I think it can be. Overall solid team it seems like. Thanks guys! Once again Adrian P and Yonatan killed it.

The R&R Mechanical Heating and Cooling’s Team showed up to my home on time, dedicated their time and efforts to install a new furnace, vents and everything else that is required for my home to have heat. I appreciate how most of the workers are Hispanics and how well they work together. Excellent HVAC startup and calibration by Matt Andreziak

Matt performed the startup and calibration on my new furnace system, and everything is now running perfectly. He was able to quickly spot a setup issue during the initial startup and made sure the system was properly dialed in so it’s working exactly as it should.

He took the time to explain how the equipment operates and shared helpful tips and best practices to keep everything running efficiently long-term. I really appreciated that he followed up afterward to check in and confirm the system was still running smoothly.

Matt also scheduled an additional modification that will reduce heat loss and further improve the overall efficiency of the system, which shows he’s thinking beyond just the initial startup.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough — I’d highly recommend Matt for HVAC startups and system calibration.

Our heat went out last night and we called multiple companies to try and come out the same day. Fortunately enough, we were able to have R&R come out to take a look at the unit.
We had the pleasure of having javier service, our unit! I was afraid that he was not able to fix the unit the same day. But after speaking to him and asking him a few questions, I felt confident that he was able to get the job done! He proved me right by giving us heat that night!! He was very thorough, Explain everything very well, and walk me through the process of what needs to happen next time! There is no worse feeling than getting home to a cold house. Wondering how long it's been and now all you can think about is if your pipes are gonna burst. So I can't be thankful enough to javier for getting us heat!! 10/10 service

Excellent customer service from Natalie answering the phone to javi coming out to check out my furnace! Not only was he able to fix my furnace the same day. He also showed me this amazing air scrubber. He asked me if I would rate the air scrubber from 1 to 10 on this review and its OVER 10 STARS!! He said I would feel the effects in a few hours... it was minutes when I felt it. I would have never thought that this was put there if he wouldn't have shown me!

Jerry and Javi were both very professional and outstanding in customer service! Jerry inspected the furnace and water heater, found a couple of issues, and Javi was able to come out the same day! I can’t say enough about how excellent the experience in working with them was. I highly recommend this family company y to anyone who wants to be treated like family.

It’s been over a month since my family and I had our new furnace installed and we’re so happy with it. I cannot say enough good things about R & R, they truly take the time to explain every step in the process, they explained clearly the issue we were having with our old furnace and genuinely seemed to care. Hector even came out after hours to talk to my dad in person since his schedule didn’t permit him being there for the initial inspection and he explained everything clearly to my dad and answered all his questions, this company truly cares for their customers which you rarely see nowadays. Hector and the install team did a wonderful job!

Thank god, we got our heater fixed today. Javi came out and was very professional, thorough, and educational! He gave us a walkthrough of his work. He helped us understand our thermostat that we've had 4 years! I didn't really understand how to work it but, he helped set up a schedule for us. So that the furnace isn't running while no one is here. And be up to temperature by the time we arrive. I have to commend him for powering through the cold on a roof for several hours just to get us heat. It really shows his dedication to his work and his customers!!

Our 20 year old furnace died during very cold weather and they were able to install a new one the same day. Jesse was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Collin and Chema did clean, professional install work. We also added the air scrubber and are happy with the extra life it will be giving our new furnace. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great service! Anytime I have one of these guys come out i get the same up most respect, always learn something new thing, and have the best people! I had the pleasure of having javi come out today and figuring out why our heat doesn't work. He was very informative and helpful. He broke it down to the point of which i can understand it! I have total confidence that he is acting in our best interest. I have recommended R&R to my family and friends! So if you are looking for a friendly, fast, and trustworthy company I will say this is them!

Adrian and Julian replaced our furnace, very nice guys. Shoveled snow to get in the house. Cleaned up area really good. Worked quietly and efficiently Answered my many questions, very patient with me. Even after they left I phoned them with another question, and he was willing to answer and very nice. When they left they took my trash out to the road for pick up for me. As elderly customer, it is very much appreciated. Thank you guys again!

When calling R&R they were super friendly and attentive to my questions and needs. They were able to get an estimator out the same day for a gas line repair quote. Jesse, who came out, was extremely friendly and polite and explained what he was doing and how he was quoting the fix. They were not pushy nor quoting things beyond what was needed.

I had an amazing experience with this HVAC installation from start to finish R & R definitely has a great installation crew. Jonathan and Adrian were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They completed the installation efficiently and cleanly.

I had a great experience with R&R heating and cooling they put in a water heater. I had a good experience from the beginning with the manager the residential manager I had a worm reading coming into the office and they did a great job.
