Kudos to Erik for providing my annual furnace tune-ups! He was punctual, polite and provided the most thorough report on the 2 units in my home that I’ve ever gotten. I appreciated that he took the time to provide the additional education.

Installtion was handled very well with oscar doing a great job coordinating his team. Just received a great service call from matt andresiak; very focused and friendly. Hope we dont have to call for him again but a relief at the same time.

We had a wonderful experience with Lead Service Technician Matt A. He listened to our concerns, gave great detailed explanations and was able to get our unit working with a thermostat reset. Great guy to work with and another great experience with R&R Mechanical!

Today, we had a HVAC winter tune up along with looking at our humidifier. Francisco completed the work and did a complete review and cleaning. Francisco took extra care to assure the HVAC is in top condition. Tightened loose wires, changed humidifier pad. Gave me the confidence the service call addressed our issues.

The entire R&R Team is top notch from ownership to the service techs and sales team. Our furnace went out and Julian identified that there was a mouse that had nested in there and messed up the ignitor. This type of problem solving is a breath of fresh air and something only an experienced professional would be able to find (I doubt that's in the training manual or HVAC school). Our furnace is near the end of its useful life, and we were given a thorough quote with multiple options plus great advice for enhancements and tradeoffs for each option (and financing options). These guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Best heating and cooling experience we've ever experienced. We will be using R&R when our furnace finally does quit.

Jhayden & Fransicsco we are very efficient and super helpful! Diagnosed my thermostat, was out and replaced it. Very personable and Took the time to explain how to use the thermostat. Will definitely call them again!

Thankful for Case who was on call late at night and came to fix an issue with the furnace in our rental during the coldest time of the year after midnight hours. He was punctual, professional, and respectful of the property. Would definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with our service from Matt Andresiak with R&R! Started having furnace issues on the coldest day of the year so we called R&R around 4pm and Matt showed up by 5pm. He was able to diagnose the issue within 20 minutes, returned with the part, and all was fixed by 6:15pm. Professional, prompt, and friendly service.

R&R was able to quickly schedule me for same-day visits without hassle. Javi and Eric both did great jobs testing and diagnosing problems with our furnace. I appreciated their willingness to help me learn about my HVAC system as a homeowner. I will be returning to R&R for future maintenance for sure!

We had Case (one of R&R’s employees) come in our pizza shop today and boy is this company lucky to have him. Super knowledgeable, explains things in depth for us so we can have a better understanding of what’s going on with our coolers and hood system. I even had to ask for his name so we can request him for our next routine check up. We recently switched company’s and very glad we did and grateful we got someone as hard working and helpful as case.
