Tim and Jose were courteous, professional and very efficient. Their knowledge and expertise really stands out - They bring decades of experience (Tim with 16+ years at Godwin!). Godwin is one of the few companies still locally owned and operated and I think that commitment to their employees and the community makes all the difference.

Steve was no drama—called to lmk his ETA. Showed up and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and had the part in his truck. In less than 30 minutes the furnace was back in business. I’ve tried other hvac options but Godwin has been consistently the easiest and best!

Godwin installed our tankless water heater two years ago. They did a great job installing it and we’ve enjoyed having unlimited hot water ever since. We just had them come out for a recommended service call after the first year (it was 2 before we knew it) to clean out anything that collected and replace the filter. Ryan and Neil cleaned it, replaced filter, and checked that everything was working great. You can always count on Godwin for great service!

Steve @godwin heating and cooling did a great job and was a delight to have working on the house. I would 100% recommend him to anyone and know I’m in good hands c going forward!

Thank you for the wonderful professional service. Bryce and Ryan were fantastic in all aspects of the job. The removal and installation of my new water heater was not easy I am sure. I have a condo in the Boardwalk Building. The location of water heater is not convenient. Bryce and Ryan handle the situation in a positive manner. They eased my mind and made feel great about the outcome. I will highly recommend Godwin to all of my friends and the other people in my building.

Logan and Ryan were awesome at addressing my plumhing issue! On-time, courteous, and informative. The price was reasonable. I couldn't ask for anything more. I've called on Godwin a couple of times over the years. They never fail to impress!

I’ve had a problem with condensation/dripping coming from the exhaust pipe from the hot water heater for several years. I had asked several different HVAC companies, and no one could figure it out. Tried, rerouting, piping, etc. Steve M was fantastic at troubleshooting. And he told me what he was doing every step of the way. Turns out that the problem was a HUGE bird nest that had been built at the top of the pipe that was restricting airflow. And Steve put on booties every time he came into the house, and he was in and out at least a dozen times. I will definitely go with Godwin for my future HVAC needs. Thanks again, Steve!

I discovered our water heater was leaking. I made a call late in the day and was greeted by a great service scheduler. She let me know that someone would be calling me the next day. Colton Groters called and we set up an appt time. He and Gabe Noon showed up on time and well prepared to tackle the task at hand. They both were informative, efficient, great communicators and completed the water heater replacement in record time! Colton and Gabe were careful with how they treated the house and surroundings. I have been using Godwin for decades. Their service is fantastic.

I had some work done on my house last summer. Thinking back on that experience I knew who I wanted to call when our furnace gave out last weekend. Godwin was quick to have a team out to our house when we called for help. Every step of the process was met with care. Rob was full of knowledge and quick with answers when going over the different options of furnaces available. Also instrumental for getting this old farm house on the schedule for a new heart. I'd also like to thank Bryce and Len for their working this morning. They were on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable as well. Because of you guys, we don't have to worry about our kids waking up to a cold house again.

I wanted to thank Godwin Heating & Cooling for coming to the rescue this past week. My old furnace of 33 years was going out. I called the team and they came out to diagnose the situation. I know I was on borrowed time with that many years. Godwin's superstars arrived. I worked with Rob to decide the best approach to take and received a very fair estimate. Then, the great team of Lee, Ryan, and Bryce performed the professional removal of the old furnace and installed a new 97% efficient furnace which is doing a great job. I just wanted to say, I have spent a lot of time looking around at many HVAC companies in the Grand Rapids area. Much of them have high prices. In the past it was Godwin who installed a new water heater and it was Godwin who installed a new A/C unit last year. I have been 100% please with Godwin's attentiveness everytime I call. They are a company I fully trust to get my HVAC and plumbing issues solved everytime. I totally reccomend their services to anyone needing solutions quickly and for a very fair price.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS. I've been ghosted SEVERAL times for appointments throughout the 2-3 years I have dealt with them. I feel I would get better service hiring a gorilla from the zoo. If it weren't for the warranty on my new system I bought through them I would have just moved on and went with a different company. Reading through the reviews showed me this seems to be a common theme.. "Confirming" appointments and just never showing up. I HATE wasting my precious days off waiting on people that will never show up and don't even have the decency to give me a head's up. Shame on your company for treating people like this. You're supposed to be a family ran business who cares about the community... great job.

Landed, Ryan, Trey. The techs did great the came in did the job. Communication was amazing for these guys honestly saved the review for this company. The sells rep. WAS NOT the greatest looked at the system and just tossed a price on paper. No break down or itemized invoice. So hard to trust I got a fair price.

Jose Chavez and Ramon Aguilar were early right to work and very nice. They are a great team got a new unit and the hookups done fast. Great customer service and friendly.

All I have to say is that Brennan,Landen and Riley did a hell of a great job putting in my new furnace and air conditioner and when this one is payed off there will be a new furnace and air conditioner at the farm also.

Steer clear of these guys. Inexperienced techs, horrible communication, lied to me to get the sale. They are in this to take advantage of people and make a buck. Do yourself a favor and go with a locally owned and operated company. Peak will send a few guys, young 20s, who have done in house training for a couple of months. They are not adequately trained and do shoddy work. It has been months of no response from these people to resolve issues. I had to call another company to fix a condensation leak in my basement that multiple peak techs could not figure out. The lending company told me DO NOT SIGN until I'm satisfied with their work. As a single mother, I do not appreciate this company not keeping to their word.

Peak, grab your unit. PLEASE. I want to do business with another company!

If I could give this review less than 1 star I would. This company came out to service our heater and humidifier. Upon servicing the humidifier the hvac tech hooked it up wrong and fried the motherboard and ruined the furnace only to then proceeded to try to sell me a new one at a “discounted rate”. Horrendous customer service would not recommend to anyone ever! And dont buy their BS response on please reach out to them on their support email... they will never reply. A company that ruins something you would think they would reach out to the client not make them do all the communication. Horrendous

My furnace was toast same price to replace the heat exchange as it was to get a new one. Ended up getting the bogo for furnace and ac for the same price any other company quoted me for just a furnace. Jake Scott and Carson Abbey seemed like humble guys and did a quick effective bang up job.

Anderson came to my home and spent almost 3 hours with me explaining everything in great detail, was very sensitive to our needs and actually listened and asked repeatedly if I was understanding it, refused to progress until I was satisfied in my understanding, Most of all, I was treated like a Member of his Family, if all goes well we will indeed be a member of the Peak Family. I didn't feel as though i was being preached at or being given the Used car salesperson treatment. Above all he was Genuine and Real. Thanks again Anderson for everything and we look forward to seeing you again.Installers Lennier and Jonathon were her early morning on a Saturday to install my New AC and Furnace, they were very attentive, knowledgeable and very Professional. They left the work spaces very clean inspected, tested and taught us the Smart Thermostat. We are very pleased and will highly recommend Peak to as many people as we can. I also received a full electrical panel upgrade which is equally top quality. Ted and Steve the electricians were super nice, very knowledgeable and did very high quality work.
Had issues with A/C popping fuses, found water leak that shorted out door switch, eli came and bypassed the switch until it can be repaired. Was very attentive and worked hard at end of the day to make us happy on a 100 degree day.

Q and Jon did a fantastic job job in installing the furnace and AC. They had everything done in a little over 6 hours explained how to work everything and made the process simple.
