Godwin has been my go-to for many years. I know that I can always depend on them to provide consistent, honest, and quality service. I am grateful to Tim and Jose who replaced a broken boiler today. Their professionalism and conscientiousness is representative of why I will continue to choose Godwin as my preferred provider.

Lee, Len, and Bryce did an excellent job installing the furnace. They were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They answered all my questions and made sure to inform me of the work they were performing. I will do business with Godwin in the future.

The plumber who came out, Matt G. Did a fantastic job. Came in, scoped the area, and got the water heater on site within an hour. Was very friendly and kind. Did a fantastic job installing the new system! Would highly recommend using them. They also gave us a very fair price and provided upfront the break down of costs once they knew what amount of work was going to be needed. If I ever need plumbing assistance again, I'm calling Godwin Heating & Cooling!

Had an excellent experience with these guys, from getting a quote to having my furnace installed. Bryce and Ryan did a great installation, and were friendly and communicative throughout.

Honestly, Godwin was amazing. The technician, Al, was so informative and kind, I really couldn't have asked for better service (request him if you have heating repairs!). We had our boiler replaced last year by another company, and I wish we would have gone with Godwin. In the two hours Al was at our house, I learned more about maintenance and what I should be doing than the three days the other company was here. I genuinely can't recommend them strongly enough (we also only go with them for plumbing needs). If given a choice, I will always go with Godwin.

Tim did a excellent job diagnosing the issues that we were having with an in floor heating loop tied to our boiler system and then implementing a solution. It was a first class professional experience from the initial call thru the completion of the job.

Ryan, Bryce, & Jose arrived on time to install my new furnace & water heater. Whenever I asked Ryan any questions, he always was friendly & stopped, listened, & gave me a good answer. They were very thorough, polite, & hard working. They were very professional in cleaning up after they were finished. I would highly recommend Godwin Heating & Cooling again.

Once my 22 year old furnace stopped working, I knew Godwin would be my first and only call. They sent Al out to diagnose the problem the following day, which was a broken motor. He explained all my options and I decided it was time to say goodbye to the old and hello to a new furnace. He efficiently did a ‘McIver’ fix and sent Rob, the sales guy out the same day. Rob was great and informative. The new one was ordered and then installed 5 days later. Ryan and Jose did an excellent job - professional, competent, great customer service, and explained the features as they worked. I’m a happy Godwin customer - their staff and service is the best!

We moved into a new home that had an ancient ac unit that hadn't been replaced through multiple ownerships so a new ac install was at the top of our list. This was our first home, and we felt that we got a very reasonable estimate and were in great hands with Len, Bryce, and Rob to leave us with an install that puts us in a better spot in many aspects. From estimate to install, everything was extremely consistent from what we were told they would do, recommendations to install it in the best possible way, to the cost being exactly as expected. The install went smoothly, and our thermostat was completely rewired just so that we could get the most out of our new system (bonus, they didn't have to run it alongside a wall like we were informed could be possible to get it to work, and they were able to run it through the wall cleanly) . Everything was explained very clearly, and the guys were a pleasure to work with and talk to. They were very kind, honest, and funny, on top of doing great work.

Lee, Ryan, and Bryce were all very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ethan was on time and very helpful with the quote as well. Got the furnace replaced quickly and left the space cleaner than they found it. Very pleased with the Godwin experience start to finish!

We got a new furnace through Godwin. Steve was super easy to work with getting the problem assessed and then Ron was great to work with getting quotes and scheduling. Our furnace ended up dying while we were in the process and they moved our appointment to be as soon as possible and offered loaner space heaters if we needed them. Ryan and Lee did an amazing job installing it for us. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. You never want to get a new furnace, but if you do, go with Godwin!

Ryan, Jose, Lee, Bryce, and Len were all respectful, effective, friendly and mindful of pets and kids, and got the job done. Ryan especially made sure everything was all set and kept me updated and stayed on site until the last quality check was completed. They also cleaned up really well afterwards. Rob was a great person to work with for the quote and scheduling. I also appreciate that they submitted the DTE rebate for us.

Len and Bryce were great doing our water heater replacement. They arrived as scheduled, went right to work and ordered the delivery of the water heater ASAP after determining it needed replacement. They laid down drop cloths from the front door to the work site; impressive.

Jeff (I believe that’s the name) in the service department was very helpful after a hiccup the previous week when our appointment was never out in their schedule. Nice recovery.

Tim was amazing! He went above and beyond during our yearly furnace inspection. Tim found and corrected 2 issues with equipment (one with our humidifier and one with our on-demand water heater) that have not worked properly in over 5 years! I highly recommend Godwin and their very talented technician Tim!

Tim came out and was super respectful and knowledgeable. He identified what needed to be fixed and what potential other issues may be there. When the boiler was running, one of the other issues arouse and Tim came back out and fixed that, knowing what could be the issue. He also talked about other areas of need that could be addressed at a later date when the boiler was not in use. We are very happy with the work performed and with his respect and knowledge provided. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Neil & Jose were professional and attentive to our problems today. We had a water heater failure that they replaced with a new unit. The failure of the unit was covered under warranty and we collaborated on potential causation and developed a solution to ensure better performance and durability of our new water heater. We have worked with Neil in the past and found Jose to be of the same competency and ability. Great to work with both these individuals. Ray & Susan Booth

Tim was amazing and explained the process with me so I fully understood what work he was doing in my home. We have radiant heat and he explained maintenance and what our next steps should be. I did not feel like he was trying to oversell us anything but teach us how to maintain our hot water heat. Godwin will continue be our first call.

The team at Godwin really helped us out when our furnace was having problems. After the service tech diagnosed the problem, they were able to get us scheduled for a new furnace install that week. The installers were professional and quick. When the city inspector came, he mentioned a couple of times how good the installation looked. Thank you, Godwin!

Len and Bryce came to my home to install a new tankless water heater. We are all very happy with the job they did, and it is so nice to have hot water whenever we need it. Over the last few years, we have purchased our furnace, a/c and water heater from Godwin (Len installed them all). It is so nice to have everything under the Godwin umbrella. Their service department is very competent and friendly, and it is a comfort to know they are there for us.

Fantastic job installing our new furnace today. Looking forward to getting the A/C installed in the spring. Since our 19yr old furnace had quit and no heat with extremely cold temperatures, Godwin put a rush on our order with the installation the next day. Job well done by Ryan, Logan and Lee. Protected our floors with drop clothes and cleaned up when finished. Highly recommend Godwin for heating and cooling replacement. Service and pricing were top notch.
