Jake and Carson were excellent! They showed up within 24 hours while I was without heat and had a new furnace installed in no time! I would recommend peak heating and cooling all day!

Fantastic Experience with PEAK!
Nolan came out to diagnose the problem with my furnace, he was extremely knowledgable and explained everything to me very clearly. Turns out, it was beyond saving (which was terrible news) but we came up with a plan of action and the very next day Jaret and Riley were out at my house. It was the coldest day of the year, and in a very water damaged from flooding basement, but they went above and beyond (even heading to the local hardware store to get better boots) to rip out the old furnace and replace it with the new one. This was not an easy job at all, but they took it on. They were out there for hours in the freezing cold, but got the job done, they are even coming out again this week to make sure everything is running smoothly. All 3 were incredibly nice professional and intelligent people. I couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you Jaret, Riley, and Nolan so so much! -
I made an appointment with their AI robo-call service, Sunday, around 6:30pm for a furnace inspection (middle of winter, furnace is on the fritz). Im told by the bot that a technician will be over the next morning, Monday. No one showed up to my house. No follow-up calls, no emails, nothing. Another day later, hoping to receive even a voicemail telling me they're going to do even a follow-up, and nothing.
Completely ghosted.
1-star for using AI to answer your calls, and not keeping up with the demand that the "convenience" affords you. -
Explained everything and then some really polite and kind also professional jonthan, ryan were super friendly and talked us thru the install
-
Jonathan did an amazing job. He was amazing came out on a Saturday and fixed our ac even though it was not urgent. Amazing company. Will be using them from now on.

I just had a new AC and furnace installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jon, Q, and Landon were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get everything set up perfectly. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood how to use the new system. Everything was cleaned up neatly, and the new HVAC runs like a dream! Highly recommend this team for any HVAC needs.

Terrible! Absolute waste of time!!!! Had our furnace go out while we were away for 3 day came back to 50 degree house so I called peak and they siad they could have someone come out same day and try to get it figured out. Eta 4pm to 6pm. Finally at 7:30 i had a tech show up and do Absolutely nothing but take a video and write up a quote without asking any questions and not even look at the part that I assumed was bad. Eventually after going thru a dumb survey I got to the quote. I have Absolutely no clue what the quote was for because he didnt even diagnose the problem so im guessing he went off of what I told him which it was just an opinion I told him because I didnt actually know the problem thats why I was hoping they could diagnose it better for me. After looking at the quote on his phone because they never emailed me one I was quoted for 2600 dollars to repair a blower motor. A fix that takes 5 minutes and a part that cost 200 dollars. I could've did it myself but was hoping for a helpful same day fix but I got the complete opposite from them. Seemed like they didnt even want to help and just wanted to take my money and go on home. End result im currently trying to get my 89 dollar diagnostic fee back that I should've refused to pay but paid anyway. Managers are not being very communicative. ** Next day i paid 200 for a new motor and put it back together in 5 minutes works great now. Still to this day dont understand how they couldve tried chsrging me 2600 dollars Really wish my service was better than it was. So be prepared if u are in a pinch and have to call this company...

We got a new furnace, new AC, all new duct work and new thermostat. After extensive discussion and asking many questions we made our selection. Once I agreed to the purchase everything then went downhill and we did not get what we were promised.
The installation took much longer than we were advised, we ended up with a roof leak, tools carelessly left on our roof, torn up insulation, duct work that was not installed as requested, damage to my brand new floor and a brand new smart thermostat from them that we cannot link with out smart phones after more than a year. Nothing to be corrected, followed up on and cant get a tech here to do simple annual maintenance.
Requested an itemized invoice. They never provided one. Essentially refused.
I would not recommend to anyone. -
Jaret and Riley were awesome installing my new furnace! Professional, courteous and explained how everything works. I need to mention how quick, from a call yesterday, Nolan checked out everything, today I have a new furnace! Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏. Thank you so much!

Our furnace have power but the bigger blower does not work. The Peak technician look at it and in few minutes it worked and the technician told me that should work for the whole winter.
In less than 24 minutes, the same problem ocurred. I called them and sent different technician. The new technician did it for less than 5 mins. Again, in less than 24 hrs, same problem came so I called the office again. They sent the first technician who came already.
He looked at it and in less than 10 minutes, told me that inducer motor was broken and he declared the unit as condemned.
He offerred to change the unit and can buy from them and estimated $8k - $10k. I told him that I will tslk yo my wife because we do not have budget for it.
I called another company, i told about the findings of another technician.
This new tech from different company looked for the ref tag that it says comdemned unit but the tech from Peak fid not put one, which the new tech told me that it is the standard procedure to comdemn a unit.
This new tech look at the inducer motor and all over the place, which may show signs of broken inducer motor.
It took an hour before this tech told me that the inducer motor is NOT broken. No signs to show it's broken.
The new tech found out that the plumbing that will drain the water was clogged and it broke the motor.
I will never waste my time calling Peak Heating again. Their technician who came was not professional as well, especially when asked how much it cost. He repaired before telling me the price, which was shocking and if pay in cash, it is lower price.
Also, when the other company looked at the warranty online, told me that I still have 3 years remaining warranty, the best part, if it was really condemned I will not pay anything for labor and the unit. That was another dishonesty of the Peak tech. -
Jonathan, q, Christian, Willy. Had old system out and new one in within 5hrs in manufactured home. That’s to include installing central air that the house didn’t originally have. They almost have it complete minus running power wire from fuse box to central air unit. When quoted by Nolan he gave me 4 quality systems. When I picked their best option offered I thought humidifiers/ dehumidifier would be on it. (This wasn’t the case). so I’ll have to await a call for electrical to be finished for ac. I noticed the new condenser showed damage from shipping (they installed) . I was quoted on the front end that duct work would be checked and sealed as part of pricing (it didn’t happen). One tech mentioned running new thermostat wire and I’m sure I was quoted for (that didn’t happen). The holes they drilled in floor for system didn’t get sealed up. All the copper supply lines and remote wire to and from central air unit are freely laying under home not secured in anyway. The roof cap is a eye soar being stitched together will self tapers stacked in 6” distance then the rest siliconed
Wood skirting laying down on new lines instead of stood back up. (Not the best design on my part but that’s how the house came when purchased I can honestly remedy issue ) . All in all the crew was friendly and quick, Nolan was kind enough to return a 2nd time to seal the deal. From the first phone call to install was maybe weeks time if that. They are quick and don’t mess around. I guess time will tell craftsman ship on the unit , and warranty coverage. -
Exceptional service. Same day complete AC replacement. Our family is very appreciative of the 3 service techs that came out to literally save the day/week. Everyone that I had to work with for our AC failure couldn't have been more respectful and knowledgeable. The entire Peak team was great to work with which was our driving factor to make such a huge quick decision. The cost of having to do a complete replacement is a huge decision and there team is the reason we chose Peak vs. Other (cheaper) companies.
I dont EVER do reviews or recommendations but I recommend their services! -
My furnace had been off for 12 hours when I made the appointment the person taking the appointment knew this. I had been scheduled on Sunday at 8am to 10 am by that time the furnace had been out for 36 hours and in the 30's inside the house. The company never showed for the appointment. I called and got a virtual assistant that did nothing. The worse part about it is I had my in-laws living in my house and they are both in their 80's. Luckly, I got a hold of a smaller company that had a person answering the phone and had to pay an emergency fee to have them come out. Peak finally text me an hour and a half after my appointment was scheduled for and said they could have someone out in 3 hours. Run-away do not call this company. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They would get a negative if I could leave a negative number.

Had a great experience today with Alex. They came out to do a proposal on our cooling unit and was able to reduce the issue very quickly.
Update 2 weeks later:
Cooling unit was fixed! I had four technicians and they were professional and efficient. I had my unit installed completely within 4 hours plus a new thermostat and some furnace work! It's up and running and I couldn't be happier! -
Beware of bait n switch conversation from the person booking the appointment stating what the initial cost will be. The person arrived late.
Was here less than 15 minutes and determined the root cause was a flame sensor. No problem, replace it right?! Then, proceeds to tell me it will cost over $400 dollars for the work and the part after fixing it. Maybe a $150 max for a job like that. Just my opinion.
I showed him I can buy a three pack of the flame sensors for less than $10 on Amazon. I asked why is the bill so high? The lady on the phone at the time of booking said we don’t charge customers for weekend calls and that is not how they conduct business. So, I booked an appointment with her. Otherwise, I would have waited until the first business day.
I called the office and asked to get clarification about why such a high charge and they were supposed to have a manager call me. No one called. Poor customer service.
I told the worker I know this isn’t his fault that he just works for them. But, he can remove the part and he could leave. I got it from here. He already done so because the manager had called him and told him to instead of calling the customer.
Beware of high pricing. Get the quote before you let them install anything on your furnace. -
Had a guy come out from Peak after a power surge caused my furnace to quit. I was pretty sure I knew what was wrong after speaking to a couple of people who were previously HVAC. But I needed someone quick to come out to take care of it due to freezing temps.
Dude gets here. Super nice. Told him I thought it was the transformer. Okay cool.
Let him do his diagnostics. First comes back and tells me it’s my control board and it roughly would be $900 and not a guarantee that’s what’s wrong. I was very apprehensive about that. But he said he needed to go and finish his diagnosis first to make sure. THEN he comes back and tells me it’s my circuit breaker and I need an electrician before he can proceed. Nope. Now I know you’re wrong. I may not be trained. But I’m not stupid. Gave him his $89 just for coming out and sent him on his way.
My brother and his boss came later to check it out for me. They are quite busy, which is why I didn’t have them come out first. My mistake. I’ll just wait for them next time.
Turns out…. It was the transformer. They had it fixed it less than 10 minutes.
Your team is kind. BUT, I’m not looking to replace my furnace just because someone says so. I’d rather use the furnace I have and actually fix the problem. After doing my own research and hearing from MANY HVAC techs, the transformer was the first thing this cat should have checked. Because it’s literally designed to go to protect the rest of the unit.
You get one star just because the guy was nice. -
I can’t say enough how much I would recommend these guys to. I want to start out by giving a special things to everyone that was involved in the process from Sawyer the Representative, that gave us the quote, to Marlon, who was able to get me an amazing price due to our situation, And probably the best technicians in the HVAC Field: Jon & Q.
So I got five different quotes in all, and the difference between all the others, and these guys were that they were honest and very transparent from the beginning, but also very informative about each reason for any cost and in explaining how the HVAC systems work and what the best system would be for our specific home.
Sawyer laid all of that out for us as he spent actual quality time, explaining what our current system was and the different measurements and efficiencies along with how different systems work and how much savings we would be having along with the best cost-effective system to install in our specific house due to us having skylights and not as much insulation And many other reasons that were taken into account.
Marlon was able to find me the best system in our price range and was more than happy to work with me too explain to my in-laws about the reasons for why we need to get a specific system and answer all their questions and due to them not living with us and But needing thorough explanations since they were paying half of the cost for our investment home that we live in. He was able to respond to all my messages, very fast and thoroughly, and most of all he was very patient with me just like the rest of the team.
Jon and Q were the incredible, intelligent and respectful young men that came out to install both the AC and furnace In the scorching heat inside and outside the house. They came on time and Got to work right away, unloading all of the new equipment, They cleared out the old equipment and started installing the new equipment immediately Without Supervision or help at all. They were beyond respectful the entire time and didn’t ask for anything from us! You can tell that these guys have done a lot of installations by their efficiency, but also the knowledge that they have while installing these systems. They worked together to tackle in different parts of the installation, then came together when needed to do things together as a team so you know that they don’t do half ass work just to try to get things done fast. I Couldn’t be more happier with the work that they did at my house and I would hire them again And would go out of my way to refer them to anybody that needs an HVAC system!
Overall, these guys were the most professional yet also affordable Company I could hire. What made them even more amazing was the type of employees they have and the amount of respect each one of them showed throughout the process to us was incredible.
I’m telling you if you’re having second thoughts on any other company or Eugene multiple quotes go ahead and get them but you should definitely try to get these guys to give you a quote because they were literally knocked the rest out of the water and give you more information then any of the others would ever.
Thank you again and heating and cooling! You guys are the best will be definitely recommending you guys to all our friends and family and hopefully you wanna have another house in the future. I will reach out to you guys if I ever need !
And To : Jon, Q, Marlon, Sawyer - thank you for making my home livable again and helping me get this done so fast and efficiently. I appreciate you guys all and wish you guys all the best in your careers. -
Jarek and Noel did great replacing my furnace. They were informative and polite. I really appreciate their hard work. Thanks Guys!

12/12 new furnace installed again. So far working 3 days later. Customer service at this place sucks. And reaching manager is near impossible. If it wasn’t for me hounding the technicians cell, or giving bad review I prob wouldn’t have gotten a response like the other reviews state.
12/10 at midnight: no heat again. Used the QR code and nothing would load. Called the number on thermostat, and it went inline to request appt. I really hope they can make this right.
Got in contact at 740am. Technician is coming out between 1p-5p. I mentioned how Manager on Monday said if this happens again, the next step would be a unit replacement. They said the technician’s gonna come out and look and then go from there, and I said I don’t want them to dinker around with it at the end of a business To only get it working for a little bit and be back with the same problem. I think it was damaged during installation because they had a hard time And ever since there was banging and grinding noise. Which I told them.
12/8: original installers and a foreman came out at 9am. The foreman instantly found the problem. The installers plugged furnace into an already utilized plug which then made the unit not have enough power source. Kept auto shutting off the pilot. My original furnace had its own power supply and they chose to cut the wire and flip the breaker. It has been 26 hours and my heat has not shut off since. I did finally get to speak to a manager after requesting multiple times. I was told I would have gotten faster service if I used the smart thermostats to request service (had no idea this was a feature) even tho I followed proper channel when technician said just call the office if I have any problems.
The foreman also made the installs redo installation making it flush to the wall. Looks way better.
I’m thankful my furnace is working right now. That was a nightmare and scary.
Original installation 12/4:
Got a new furnace on Thursday. There was nothing wrong with mine. I was looking to get central heat but unfortunately it was way out of the budget. They recommended upgrading my wall furnace from 35BTU to 55BTU.
Day of installation: they had hard time taking off orginal unit About 1.5 hours. As they unboxed the new unit they realized it was incorrect height. They thankfully found correct size and came back to install. I went 5 hours witout heat since they had to disconnect gas line to remove.
The install was pretty questionable, which I did ask but was told this is normal. There was metal grinding noise on the fan, and a banging like metal was flexing when on.
Not even 10 hours later the furnace kicked off while I was sleeping. Woke up to cold and instantly called the company at 4am. This company advises 7 days a week 24hours. This was another big selling point when I purchase this furnace. I finally get a response at 7:30 in the morning and the guy came at nine. He ended up replacing a part on a new furnace and got the heat back on almost 12 hours later then he left and not even 20 minutes later it started making that grinding noise so I hurry up and took a video to show him the noise and they dispatched him back out and of course. It wouldn’t act up when he was here.
I asked him if they had a different number instead of the main office because it was hard to get a hold of someone and I was pretty upset. It took almost 4 hours to get a phone call back when they’re 24 hours and he said he thinks that changed until 8 PM working hours. I said that’s pretty dumb because your false advertising. He said he was gonna get the office on this. And that my heater should not kick off and then it’s all fixed.
I woke up Sunday morning to the furnace off again and I called around 8 AM requesting an appointment with no response. I even texted the number and everything and didn’t get a response until 12 hours later. I finally got someone to come out 9am on Monday. A full 24 hours without heat and the outside temp was -1 that night. -
Collin and Chema did above and beyond job. I am grateful for their hard work. I have confidence to recommend them to anyone.
I feel that I am blessed by their fantastic job!!! -
I had an excellent experience with R&R Mechanical for my home heating and cooling needs. From the initial phone call to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous every step of the way.
They quickly diagnosed the issue with my old system and provided honest, upfront recommendations without trying to up-sell me on things I didn’t need.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company that delivers reliable service at a fair price, I highly recommend R & R Mechanical.
