Had R&R out for my yearly furnace inspection. Very thorough.
Matt Andresiak-lead service technician, came back out for no charge to address a small concern with the humidifier. As always, very happy with R&R heating/cooling

R&R Mechanical Services provided excellent service. Matt was our technician and he truly takes pride in his work — very honest and professional. He showed up quickly, went above and beyond, and had everything up and running in no time. You can tell he really cares about doing things right.

Earlier this month, Javy and Francisco were also here for a tune-up and a heat exchanger replacement, and they were just as professional and thorough. Overall, a great team and excellent service. Highly recommend R&R Mechanical Services.

We just had a new furnace installed. Adrian P and David were FANTASTIC!! They were so fast. They were very respectful and so knowledgeable. They amazed me how thorough they were. The price was extremely reasonable too. We'll definitely be recommending R&R Heating and Cooling to all of our family and friends. I had a bathroom ventilation system changed, and the experience was excellent. Collin and Chema were great guys and wonderful workers. They did a fantastic job with the installation and made sure everything was done properly.
It was also really nice talking with Collin—he was friendly, professional, and gave me some helpful advice that I really appreciated. Both of them worked efficiently and kept everything clean and organized.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the quality of their work. Thanks again to Collin and Chema for doing such a great job!

Solo and Adrian were very polite and friendly when they came to my home to install my equipment. They were faster and not as loud as I expected. Adrian explained to me in a simple manner how to use my new thermostat. The best part is Im saving money on my utility bills already! Thanks R&R!

I recently had a problem with my furnace completely breaking down - in the middle of the winter! Javier and Francisco were my technicians. They arrived on time, they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They did not leave a mess of any kind. The last contractor that came left a terrible mess. These two gentlemen kept me apprised at every stage of the process and communicated with me throughout. Additionally, when they were done, they took the time to show me everything that they did and how to properly work my thermostat and use it in the most efficient way. I feel like it's very rare for people to go above and beyond in this day and age, particularly when there are so many people that need heating services during the winter.

These guys went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with their service and informed of everything. I would recommend to anyone that they hire R&R when they need any sort of HVAC work done. I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with the services provided! Regrettably, I cannot provide feedback about pricing as I am an apartment renter and not a homeowner but I'm sure that management practices good shopping around when it comes to hiring for repairs and maintenance.

I am currently 4 hours without heat. I had to turn off my furnace fir it is making an odd noise like metal banging together. I’ve called 5 times and now no one is answering the phone. 24/7 service my behind.

They were very good and knowledgeable. Everything was done and cleaned up when they finished.
