Design's team did an excellent job explaining our options on how to best heat our house. They were professional throughout the process and the installation team was amazing.

Design Heating replaced our furnace and a/c unit for us and did a wonderful job. Their response time was prompt, employees were conscientious and professional while in our home. They took the extra time to ensure everything was working properly and as it should.
I have since recommended them to others and they have had a similar great experience.

Mark and Tim were excellent. Very knowledgeable, did quick work in a tight space and left the place clean. Also gave some advice on different products to help with air quality/allergies that they have had direct experience seeing the results. Would work with them again!

I recently had a new thermostat installed, and my service tech Sebastian did an amazing job. He installed the thermostat quickly, explained everything thoroughly, and even walked me through setting up the app. I’m super happy with my experience and would recommend Design to anybody I know.

9/21/24…Mark & Pork/Caleb were simply amazing!! Arrived at 8am & were done by 3:30pm, and that was to remise old system & replace with brand new Furnace/AC. Both very energetic, paid attention to small details and knowledgeable. They even took time out to explain what they were doing & how the equipment would work for us. Highly recommend them both 👍🏼. 05/21/25 Caleb and Mark installed a gas garage heater and did a fantastic job. They were courteous and very detail conscious. Cleaned up after and provided system use explanation and recommendations. Plenty of other companies out there. They don’t stick to what they say. Beyond frustrated with Josh and Caleb from the office. Good off the start but did not follow through.

Matt was great! He fixed the thermostat first thing!! Then gave the whole system a good going over!
